&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE NOMBRAMIENTO DE LOS POLICIAS LOCALES COMO FUNCIONARIOS DE CARRERA DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE LOS SRS. JOSÉ BONNIN PALMER i ANTONIO FERNÁNDEZ GÓMEZ. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Sr. Francisco Marroig Arbona, como Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Fornalutx, formaliza RESOLUCIÓN, de acuerdo con los siguientes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Antecedentes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En fecha 8 de Abril de 2020, se celebró sesión del Tribunal Calificador del proceso de valoración de los funcionarios de Policial Local en prácticas, previo Informe final de Valoración de fecha 6 de Abril de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Hecha la valoración del Tribunal de acuerdo con los dossieres individuales de los Policías en prácticas, i constando las Hojas de Tareas en el expediente, ésta ofrece un resultado de 8,16 puntos sobre un máximo de 10 puntos, debiendo considerarse superado el citado periodo de pruebas, previstas en el procedimiento de los artículos 157 a 159 del Real Decreto 28/2015, de 30 de Abril, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento marco de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;RESUELVO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.- Nombrar funcionarios de carrera como Policías Locales del Ayuntamiento de Fornalutx, por haber superado el periodo de prácticas a los Srs.: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;José Bonnin Palmer, por haber obtenido una puntuació de 8,6 puntos sobre una puntuación máxima de 10 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Antonio Fernández Gómez, por haber obtenido una puntuació de 8,6 puntos sobre una puntuación máxima de 10 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.- Publicar la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en el Tablón y la página web del Ayuntamiento, a los debidos efectos, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 182.3 del Real Decreto 28/2015, de 30 de Abril, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento marco de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Islas Baleares, haciendo constar que la presente Resolución podrá ser objeto de recurso potestativo de de reposición o ser impugnada directamente ante el orden jurisdiccional contencioso administrativo en los términos establecidos en el artículo 116 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de Noviembfrfe, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas, y Procedimiento Administrativo Común. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.- Disponer la toma de posesión de los nombrados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4.- Dar cuenta al primer Pleno de la Corporación que se celebre, de la presente Resolución de nombramiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
