    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se hace público que mediante Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 232 de fecha 04/06/2020, se ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Aprobar las bases que se transcriben a continuación y aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas económicas individuales, temporales y de emergencia social para el año 2020 enmarcados en el Convenio entre el Consejo Insular de Menorca y los ayuntamientos de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Aprobar el gasto a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 231-48000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Publicar estas bases en el BOIB para información pública, en el tablón de anuncios y en la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;BASES Y LA CONCESIÓN DE AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS INDIVIDUALES, TEMPORALES Y DE EMERGENCIA SOCIAL PARA EL AÑO 2020 ENMARCADAS EN EL CONVENIO ENTRE EL CONSELL INSULAR Y LOS AYUNTAMIENTOS DE MENORCA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1 El objeto de estas ayudas es dar soporte y respuesta de manera puntual a una situación de necesidad de un/a ciudadano/ana o de una familia. La solicitud tiene que formar parte de un plan de intervención mediante el cual la ayuda pueda evitar un retroceso en los objetivos conseguidos o una perdida grave de la calidad de la vida de los miembros del núcleo familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la concesión de ayudas individuales, temporales y de emergencia social del Ayuntamiento de Es Migjorn Gran para el año 2020, según las bases reguladoras incluidas en la base 12ª de la Bases de Ejecución del presupuesto del 2020 aprobado definitivamente y publicado en el BOIB nº 10, de fecha 23 de enero de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2. Tienen la consideración de ayudas económicas, individuales, temporales y de emergencia social las enmarcadas dentro de los concepto siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Situaciones en que una ayuda económica puntual forma parte de un plan de intervención, en que no solo se pretende resolver el problema por el cual se solicita la ayuda, sino que también se pretende actuar de una manera mas integral con aquella persona/familia según unos objetivos pactados previamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Situaciones en que una ayuda económica puntual puede resolver el problema por el cual se solicita la mencionada ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Situaciones producidas por emergencias graves y imprevisibles que hacen que una persona/familia se encuentre de repente en una situación de necesidad; por ejemplo incendios, inundaciones, accidentes, robos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.3 Las ayudas serán atendidas con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 231-48000 del Presupuesto General de 2020,con un importe máximo conjunto de 39.147,97 € para las ayudas concedidas entre el 11 de enero y el 31 de enero de año en curso con la siguiente distribución: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;37.956,72 € en concepto de ayudas económicas individuales, temporales y de emergencia social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.191,25 € en concepto de becas para comedor de actividades extraescolares de verano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2 . ACTUACIONES Y NECESIDADES SUBVENCIONADAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pueden acogerse a esta convocatoria las actuaciones y necesidades siguientes, las cuales se clasifican de la siguiente manera en función de la necesidad que tengan que atender:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.1. Ayudas para vivienda &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Alquileres y cuotas puntuales de hipoteca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Equipamiento del hogar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mantenimiento del hogar y suministros (luz, agua…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Inspecciones de vivienda obligatorias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pago de pensiones, hostales...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.2. Ayudas para manutención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pañales y leche para bebés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pagos de menús&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Manutención en general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.3. Ayudas para actividades educativas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Escuela infantil &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Material escolar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comedor escolar durante el período lectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comedor infantil de actividades de verano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Actividades extraescolares y de ocio durante el periodo lectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Actividades extraescolares y de ocio durante el verano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Transporte escolar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.4. Ayudas para la inserción social y laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ayudas para asistencia a acciones formativas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Transporte para acciones formativas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Desplazamientos para la inserción social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ayudas puntuales para a la guarda de hijos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.5. Ayudas por motivos sociosanitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ayudas técnicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reparación/adaptación de la vivienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tratamientos profesionales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Servicios de atención residencial y/o terapéuticos especializados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.6. Ayudas de emergencia social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quedan totalmente excluidas de esta clasificación y, por tanto, de estas bases y de este convenio, las ayudas que tengan por objeto subvencionar estancias en centros terapéuticos y residenciales fuera de Menorca para personas mayores, personas discapacitadas, personas con algún tipo de adicción o menores, además de las ayudas para gastos de transporte asociados a las estancias anteriores, ya sea de los usuarios/, de acompañantes o de familiares, si son beneficiarios por el mismo concepto y periodo de la convocatoria de ayudas para estancias terapéuticas del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. REQUISITOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para poder optar a estas ayudas se deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Estar empadronado/a en el municipio donde se solicita la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ser mayor de 18 años, o bien menor con cargas familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- No disponer de ingresos para atender la situación de necesidad o de emergencia según las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Si la unidad familiar esta formada por un solo miembro, los ingresos mensuales no pueden superar el 125% de l'IPREM. Para el año 2019, esta cantidad queda fijada en 783,29 euros mensuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Para unidades familiares con mas miembros se incrementará en un 30% para el segundo miembro, en un 20% para el tercero y en un 10% a partir del cuarto miembro, todos ellos sobre el baremo máximo del importe de ingresos según recoge la tabla siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Para calcular los ingresos económicos de la unidad de connivencia se hará la mediana de los ingresos obtenidos en los últimos seis meses anteriores a la fecha de la solicitud. En el caso de que se valore necesario y por motivos de la estacionalidades se podrán tener en cuenta los ingresos de los últimos doce meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Excepcionalmente, si no se cumple algunos de los requisitos, se puede conceder una ayuda si desde la unidad de trabajo social se considera justificada la situación de necesidad. Se considerarán especialmente los casos de solicitudes por emergencia social o por motivos sociosanitarios en que la necesidad de llevar a cabo una inversión importante y imprescindible supere la capacidad económica del solicitante. En cualquier caso, las excepciones deben estar debidamente justificadas con los informes técnicos o médicos que corresponda en cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concesión de las ayudas esta sujeta, por una parte, a la escasez de ingresos económicos del posible beneficiario y, por otra parte, a unas condiciones específicas según el tipo de ayuda que se solicite.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. CONDICIONES ESPECÍFICAS SEGÚN EL TIPO DE AYUDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1 Ayudas para vivienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Alquileres y cuotas puntuales de hipoteca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: se puede conceder una ayuda con un importe máximo equivalente a 3 mensualidades, ya sea en concepto de o como deposito, fianza o mensualidad de hipoteca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Equipamiento del hogar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; pequeños electrodomésticos y utensilios básicos y necesarios de la vivienda. Hasta un máximo de 500 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Mantenimiento del hogar y suministros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; pequeñas obras y reparaciones para mejorar las condiciones de la vivienda y pago de suministros. Hasta un máximo de 600 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Inspecciones técnicas obligatorias de inmuebles: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;hasta un máximo de un 75% del importe de la inspección por antigüedad de edificios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Pago de pensiones/hostales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; dada la temporalidad de la situación, se pagará como máximo el importe de dos meses de estancia, siempre que se hayan agotado otras vas como casas de acogida u otros recursos disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En todos los casos de ayuda para vivienda debe quedar acreditado que no se han podido acoger a las ayudas por alquiler, ni las de renta básica de emancipación para jóvenes ni a las de rehabilitación del Govern de les Illes Balears u otras ayudas que convoquen la Administración local o autonómica durante el período de solicitud de las ayudas reguladas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2 Ayudas para manutención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Pañales y leche para bebés:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; por a un período máxima de 6 meses y por una cuantía máxima de 180 euros por mes y niño/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Pagos de menús:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; por un período máximo de un mes y por una cuantía máxima de 180 euros por persona, siempre que no sea posible o se hayan agotado otras vías, como comedores sociales, casas de acogida, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Manutención en general:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; para aquellas unidades familiares que, por circunstancias puntuales, no cuenten con ingresos económicos suficientes para cubrir las necesidades básicas de alimentación de todos sus miembros. Por un período máximo de 6 meses y por una cuantía máxima de 120 euros por mes y persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3 Ayudas para actividades educativas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Escuela infantil:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; hasta un máximo del 75% del total del coste anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Material escolar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;hasta los siguientes máximos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Educación infantil: hasta 150 euros año por niño/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Primaria: hasta 210 euros año por niño/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Secundaria: hasta a 240 euros año por niño/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Comedor escolar durante el período lectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: hasta a un máxima del 75% del coste total anual, Además de los ingresos económicos, se valorará especialmente la necesidad educativa y social de disfrutar del servicio de comedor escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Comedores infantiles de actividades de varano: &lt;/strong&gt;hasta un máximo del 100% del gasto, Además de los ingresos económicos, se valorará , se valorará especialmente la necesidad educativa y social de disfrutar del servicio de comedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Pago de actividades extraescolares y de ocio durante el período lectivo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; hasta un máximo del 75% del coste total anual. Además de los ingresos económicos, se valorará especialmente la necesidad educativa y social de disfrutar de estas actividades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Pago de actividades extraescolares y de ocio durante el verano: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;hasta un máximo del 100% del coste total anual. Además de los ingresos económicos, se valorará especialmente la necesidad educativa y social de disfrutar de estas actividades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Pago de transporte escolar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; hasta un máximo del 75% del coste total anual. Asimismo, en los casos que no se puedan acoger a transporte escolar organizado, se puede subvencionar el coste de la tarjeta de transporte del Consell Insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En todos los casos de ayudas clasificadas en la categoría de actividades educativas debe quedar acreditado que no se han podido acoger a las ayudas que convoque la Consejería competente en educación por el mismo concepto. Cuando se reciba una ayuda de la Consejería de Educación, este se podrá complementar en casos de elevada necesidad hasta llegar al 75% del coste total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Excepcionalmente, en el caso de ayudas para necesidades educativas, cuando se den circunstancias en que sea necesario priorizar el bienestar y la del menor, se pueden superar los máximos previstos en los apartados anteriores. En cualquier caso, las excepciones deben estar debidamente justificadas con los informes técnicos correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.4 Ayudas para la inserción social y laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pago puntual de &lt;strong&gt;ayudas para la asistencia a acciones formativas &lt;/strong&gt;para las personas con especiales dificultades de inserción social y laboral que no se puedan acoger a otro tipo de becas, ayudas o prestaciones, y siempre que se valore que la ayuda es imprescindible para las circunstancias del caso (con un máxima de 12 euros/día).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Ayudas para transporte &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;para favorecer la inserción social y laboral para las persones que asistan a una acción formativa y que viven fuera del municipio donde se imparta. Se valorara la posibilidad de financiar una parte de la tarjeta de transporte correspondiente o, de forma excepcional, en los casos en que no sea posible el transporte público, financiar hasta un máximo de 0,21 €/km.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Ayudas puntuales para desplazamientos por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;inserción social&lt;/strong&gt; para las personas que no cuenten con recursos económicos suficientes para poder atender los gastos de desplazamiento que sean imprescindibles para favorecer la inserción social (desplazamientos para tramitación de documentación, asistencia a juicios, permisos y visitas penitenciarias, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Ayudas puntuales para la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;guarda de los hijos&lt;/strong&gt;, para las situaciones en que su atención dificulte la inserción laboral, siempre que no haya otras alternativas, recursos o ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.5 Ayudas por motivos sociosanitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Ayudas técnicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: para aparatos como audiófonos, gafas, sillas de rueda, fajas ortopédicas, prótesis, colchones antiescaras, adaptación de vehículos, etc. Se financiara como máximo el 75% del coste total. Para fijar el tanto por ciento que se financiará se valorará, además la capacidad económica de la unidad de convivencia, que el modelo solicitado se adecue a la prescripción hecha por el especialista, si esta o no financiado por el IBSALUT u otra entidad, y el grado de necesidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Reparación/adaptación del hogar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: se trata de todas las obras que se lleven a cabo en un domicilio con el objetivo de facilitar la estancia a una persona discapacitada o a una persona mayor con dificultades de movilidad. Se otorgará solo en los casos en que el solicitante no se haya podido acoger, por un motivo justificado, a las ayudas de accesibilidad a edificios y viviendas reguladas por la consejería competente del Govern de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se financiará como máximo el 75% del coste total. Para fijar el tanto por ciento que se financiará, se valorará la capacidad económica de la unidad de convivencia y el grado de necesidad de la obra efectuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Tratamientos profesionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: se trata de tratamientos que no son cubiertos por el sistema nacional de salud, por el sistema de autonomía y de atención a la dependencia o por cualquier organización de servicio público implantada en el territorio, como pueden se tratamientos psicológicos, de rehabilitación, de estimulación precoz, de logopedia, etc. En estos casos excepcionales se valorará la capacidad económica de la unidad de convivencia, la necesidad del tratamiento, la frecuencia y el período previsto del tratamiento. Se financiará como máximo el 75% del coste total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Servicios de atención residencial y/o terapéuticos especializados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; en estos casos excepcionales se valorará la capacidad económica de la unidad de convivencia, la necesidad del recurso y la imposibilidad de acceso a un recurso adecuado en la red pública de servicios sociales o de salud, la frecuencia y el periodo previsto del tratamiento. S financiará como máximo el 75% del coste total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.6 Ayudas para emergencia social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ayudas de emergencia social: se trata de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;emergencias graves y imprevisibles que hacen que una&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:navy"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;persona/familia se encuentre de repente en una situación de necesidad; por ejemplo a causa de incendios, inundaciones, accidentes, robos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. SOLICITUDES Y DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes se dirigirán al órgano administrativo municipal competente en materia de servicios sociales que tengan atribuida la gestión de las ayudas económicas, individuales, temporales y de emergencia social, y se presentarán en el Ayuntamiento del municipio sonde resida el solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los expedientes deben incluir la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Copia del DNI del solicitante o de su representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Certificado de empadronamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Justificación de los ingresos o las rentas de la unidad familiar del peticionario o, si procede, copia de su declaración de la renta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Copia del libro de familia de la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Declaración jurada del solicitante de no haber recibido ayudas económicas, en el mimo año natural, de otros organismos por el mismo concepto o, en el caso de haberlas recibidas, que no cubran totalmente la necesidad objeto de la petición, con indicación, en este caso, de la cantidad recibida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Informe social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Certificado de la condición de discapacidad, si procede, expedida por la Administración autonómica competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) En los casos en que corresponda, declaración jurada de estar al corriente del pago de las obligaciones con Hacienda del Estado y con la CAIB, y, si procede, también con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i) Hoja de datos bancarios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;j) Declaración responsable de no estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinen la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario recogidas en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, publicada en el BOE nº. 276 de 18 de noviembre de 2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;k) Cualquier otra documentación que ayude a valorar la situación de la persona o unidad familiar que solicita la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. INICIO DEL EXPEDIENTE Y EXAMEN DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las ayudas se concederán de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad, transparencia, igualdad, no discriminación y publicidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El inicio del expediente se efectuarán por medio de la aprobación de la convocatoria correspondiente por parte del órgano municipal competente del Ayuntamiento encargado de la gestión de las ayudas económicas individuales, temporales y de emergencia social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. OBLIGACIONES QUE SE CONTRAEN POR PERTE DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Son obligaciones de los beneficiarios de las ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Destinar el importe de la ayuda al objeto por el cual se ha solicitado esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que realiza la Administración que tenga atribuida la competencia de instruir las ayudas económicas individuales, temporales y de emergencia social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar a la Administración que tenga atribuida la competencial de instruir las ayudas económicas individuales, temporales y de emergencia social la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para idéntica finalidad, procedentes de cualquier ente público o privado, estatal o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Justificar la ayuda concedida a petición de la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. MODIFICACIÓN DE LA RESOLUCIÓN DE CONCESIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión de la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones o entes públicos o privados, estatales o internacionales, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. REVOCACIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS CONCEDIDAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 37 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se debe revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de la concesión, el beneficiario de esta incumpla totalmente o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los cuales esta condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, queda sin efecto el acto de concesión y corresponde el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. REINTEGRO DE LAS AYUDAS CONCEDIDAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 37 y 38 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el beneficiario deberá reintegrar totalmente o parcialmente les cantidades recibidas y, si es el caso, el interés de demora, en los casos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El incumplimiento de la finalidad para la cual de concedió la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La obtención de la subvención sin que se cumplan las condiciones requeridas para ello, o cuando se alteren las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para concederla, siempre que sea por causas imputable al es imputables al beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación o la justificación insuficiente, en los términos establecidos en el articulo 30 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concurrencia de subvenciones incompatibles para la misma actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La negativa a someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control previstas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, o la obstrucción injustificada de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Otros supuestos establecidos en las bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para reintegrar las ayudas se aplicarán los procedimientos previstos para este efecto en los artículos 41, 42 y 43 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en los que deben garantizar la audiencia a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las cantidades reintegradas tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y se pueden exigir por la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. RÉGIM DE INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables es el que establece el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y, en su caso, a la normativa de desarrollo en materia de subvenciones que haya aprobado la entidad que tenga atribuida la gestión de estas ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El órgano competente para imponer sanciones que deriven de infracciones de lo establecido en estas bases y de la normativa aplicable a las entidades locales en materia de subvenciones se determinara, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 66.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, que regula las bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12. INSPECCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en estas bases, las subvenciones que se concedan se someterán a la inspección correspondiente según la normativa legal vigente que resulte aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13. NORMATIVA APLICABLE &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En todo aquello no previsto expresamente en estas bases regirán las disposiciones que sean aplicables a las administraciones públicas locales en materia de subvenciones, especialmente las contenidas en las normas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:maroon"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE 276 de 18/11/2003)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
