&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«EXTRACTO DE LA CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES DE LAS ÁREAS DE CULTURA EDUCACIÓN Y JUVENTUD PARA EL AÑO 2020&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Código de la Convocatoria: 501074&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual puede consultarse en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- BENEFICIARIOS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Pueden solicitar las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria las asociaciones o entidades culturales, educativas o juveniles del municipio de Andratx legalmente constituidas, sin ánimo de lucro, e inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones del Ayuntamiento, y que tengan su domicilio social situado en el municipio de Andratx y que proyecten realizar actividades, proyectos o programas objeto de la presente convocatoria de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- OBJETO Y FINALIDAD DE LA CONVOCATORIA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;La presente convocatoria de subvenciones dirigida a las entidades culturales, educativas y juveniles del municipio de Andratx para el ejercicio 2020 tiene por objeto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;1.- Fomentar las actividades culturales, educativas, juveniles, lúdicas y sociales, de las asociaciones inscritas al registro municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;2.- Fomentar la participación ciudadana en el municipio de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;3.- Fomentar el tejido asociativo en el municipio de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;4.- Fomentar la igualdad de género a las actividades de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;5.- Fomentar proyectos sociales que utilicen el arte y la cultura como herramienta de transformación social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- BASES REGULADORAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Andratx publicada en el BOIB n.º 47 de día 20/04/2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;http://www.caib.es/eboibfront/ca/2017/10643&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- CUANTÍA Y CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El importe de la presente convocatoria de subvenciones está financiada por la aplicación presupuestaria 330..48920 del Presupuesto para el año 2020, con un importe máximo de 60.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Atendidas las disponibilidades presupuestarias, el importe máximo de la subvención a conceder a las entidades o asociaciones objeto de la presente convocatoria no podrá ser superior a los 6.500.- euros, por entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-PLAZO PARA PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de &lt;strong&gt;20 días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; contados a partir del día siguiente de haber publicado el extracto de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Si el último día es inhábil, se entiende prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.- LUGAR Y FORMAS DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvenciones se tienen que presentar en el Registro General de entrada de documentos del Ayuntamiento de Andratx (S.A.C.) en horario de 8'30 horas a 13'30 horas de lunes a viernes, y se tienen que dirigir al área de cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Así mismo también se podrán presentar en los lugares establecidos en el art. 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Según el que establece el Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el cual se declara el estado de alarma para la gestión de la situación de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, en la disposición adicional tercera establece la suspensión de los plazos administrativos para la tramitación de los procedimientos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por lo cual el cómputo del plazo establecido en el punto quinto del presente extracto de la convocatoria empezará a contar en el momento en que pierda la vigencia el Real Decreto o, si procede, las prórrogas correspondientes del mismo. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para su general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
