![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cumplimiento de lo que establece el artículo 132 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo de las administraciones públicas (LPA), que recoge la obligación de las administraciones de aprobar un plan normativo que contenga las iniciativas reglamentarias que se han de aprobar durante el año siguiente, el Consell Insular de Menorca ha ido aprobando, en los últimos años, su plan normativo anual.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A pesar de que el mencionado artículo 132 de la Ley de procedimiento administrativo de las administraciones públicas (LPA) ha sido declarado inconstitucional, el Consell Insular de Menorca considera conveniente continuar con la planificación seguida en los últimos años.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Asímismo se considera pertinente que el plan, una vez aprobado, se publique en el Portal de Transparencia de la Administración.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Vistas las aportaciones realizadas por los diferentes departamentos del Consell;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto lo que prevee el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 424/2019, de 10 de julio, de determinación de las atribuciones del Consejo Ejecutivo (BOIB. Núm. 91 de 11-7-2019), en el marco de lo que establece el artículo 70 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular de Menorca, según el cual es competencia del Consejo Ejecutivo aprobar los planes de actuación que propongan los departamentos;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
