&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El Real decreto 1363/2007, de 24 de octubre, establece la ordenación general de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial. El artículo 31 regula el acceso a estas enseñanzas sin el título de graduado en educación secundaria obligatoria (ESO) para las formaciones de grado medio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 28 de julio de 2008 de regulación de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial establecidas al amparo del Real decreto 1913/1997, de 19 de diciembre, y del agotamiento de determinadas formaciones deportivas regula, en el artículo 17, la prueba de acceso al grado medio para los alumnos que no tienen el título de graduado en educación secundaria obligatoria. En la disposición adicional quinta de la misma Orden se especifican los equivalentes académicos de este título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La disposición final primera de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 28 de julio de 2008 autoriza al director general competente en las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial para que disponga la realización de las actuaciones administrativas necesarias para ejecutar, desplegar y concretar esta Orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto,&lt;/span&gt; de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2019, de 2 de julio, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB, núm. 106, de 2 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Convocar la prueba de acceso de carácter general a las formaciones deportivas de ciclo inicial/nivel I de grado medio de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial para las personas que no tienen la titulación académica requerida para acceder a estas formaciones. La Consejería de Educación, Universidad e Investigación, convoca esta prueba, correspondiente al año 2020, en las Illes Balears, dentro de su ámbito competencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Aprobar las instrucciones por las cuales se concretan aspectos sobre la organización de las pruebas: la estructura, la calificación, la duración, los contenidos, el calendario, los tribunales y los profesores que tienen que actuar como vocales de la Comisión Evaluadora de estas pruebas. Estos aspectos se concretan en los anexos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El anexo 1: incluye las instrucciones generales de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El anexo 2: especifica las características de la prueba de grado medio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El anexo 3: detalla el calendario de las actuaciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El anexo 4: contiene la hoja de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Disponer que esta Resolución empiece a regir al día siguiente de haberse publicado en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y en el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objeto y efecto de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estas instrucciones concretan los diferentes aspectos de las pruebas de acceso de carácter general a las formaciones deportivas de ciclo inicial/nivel I de grado medio de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial. El hecho de superarlas permite justificar el requisito académico de acceso de carácter general al formalizar la matrícula de las enseñanzas deportivas y/o sirve de justificante al pedir la homologación o la convalidación educativa de otras formaciones oficiales o de las formaciones federativas previstas en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se pueden inscribir las personas que no tienen el título académico requerido, ni los considerados equivalentes, ni ningún otro requisito que permita acceder directamente a las formaciones deportivas mencionadas en el artículo.1. Para poder hacer la inscripción, tienen que cumplir las condiciones de edad previstas en el artículo 31.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; del Real decreto 1363/2007, que son tener diecisiete años o cumplirlos en el año natural 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objetivo y contenidos generales de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los inscritos tienen que demostrar conocimientos y habilidades suficientes para cursar con aprovechamiento las enseñanzas deportivas de grado medio. Los contenidos de la prueba corresponden al currículum de la educación secundaria obligatoria de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Correspondencia con otras pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:black"&gt;La certificación académica de superación de la parte común de la prueba de acceso a la formación profesional de grado medio y cualquier otra certificación considerada académicamente equivalente pueden sustituir, a efectos académicos, a la prueba regulada en esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Inscripción a las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El periodo de inscripción a la prueba de acceso es del 20 al 24 de abril de 2020 (ambos días incluidos). La inscripción se puede registrar en los centros educativos indicados en el artículo 7 y en las delegaciones de educación, indicando que se tiene que remitir la documentación al servicio de Enseñanzas de Régimen Especial de la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros &lt;/span&gt;(C/ del Ter, 16. Edificio Alexandre Rosselló i Pastors, Palma 07009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tasas, descuentos y exenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La inscripción está sujeta a la acreditación del pago de las tasas establecidas para estos tipos de pruebas o a la acreditación de estar exentos. La tasa incluye la expedición del certificado que acredita que se ha superado la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El pago se tiene que hacer telemáticamente a través de la página web de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears (atib.es): http://www.atib.es/TA/Modelos/Tasas046.aspx (Consejería de Educación, Universidad e Investigación, Enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Importe de la tasa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Tasa completa: 17,31 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Tasa con bonificación: las personas que se indican a continuación pueden aplicar un descuento del 50% a la tasa, siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la inscripción: miembros de familias numerosas de categoría general o miembros de familias monoparentales de categoría general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tienen que aportar el título o el certificado, en vigor, expedido al efecto por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La tasa se tiene que pagar en la forma establecida en el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Están exentas de pagar esta tasa las personas que se encuentren en alguna de las situaciones siguientes, siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de hacer la inscripción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Los miembros de familias numerosas y monoparentales de categoría especial. Tienen que aportar el título o el certificado expedito al efecto por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;El alumnado que reciba becas u otras ayudas de carácter oficial no está obligado a pagar la tasa por matrícula. El alumnado que al formalizar la matrícula se acoja a la exención por haber solicitado la concesión de una beca y posteriormente no obtenga la condición de becario o le sea revocada la beca concedida, está obligado a pagar la tasa correspondiente a la matrícula que realizó. El hecho de no pagarla comporta la anulación de esta matrícula en la enseñanza o las enseñanzas en las que esté matriculado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Las personas con una discapacidad igual o superior al 33% siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la inscripción. Tienen que aportar un certificado que acredite el tipo y el grado de discapacidad que tienen, expedido por un organismo oficial competente en materia de asuntos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Las personas que hayan sido víctimas de actos terroristas, así como el cónyuge e hijos, estarán exentas del pago de la tasa, siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la inscripción. Esta condición se acreditará mediante la correspondiente resolución administrativa. En el caso del cónyuge e hijos, también deberá presentarse el libro de familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;Las víctimas de violencia de género, así como los hijos o hijas que dependen de las mismas, tienen derecho a la exención total de la tasa, siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la inscripción. Esta condición debe acreditarse presentando cualquiera de los documentos previstos por la normativa vigente. En el caso de los hijos o hijas dependientes, también debe presentarse el libro de familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;f) Están exentos de pagar la tasa las familias en situación de vulnerabilidad económica especial, los jóvenes tutelados y extutelados en vías de emancipación, los jóvenes en acogimiento familiar y las personas sujetas a medidas privativas de libertad, siempre que acrediten documentalmente, en el momento de la inscripción, que se encuentran en alguna de estas situaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Formalización de la solicitud de inscripción y documentación que se tiene que presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La solicitud de inscripción se tiene que formalizar por duplicado mediante el impreso oficial que se encuentra en el anexo 4, que se tiene que rellenar y firmar. Los centros educativos indicados en el artículo 7 tienen que facilitar este impreso o también se puede bajar de la página web. Esta solicitud incluye la declaración jurada de que no se tiene ningún otro requisito que permita el acceso directo a las formaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Se tienen que abonar las tasas o se tiene que acreditar la exención de abonarlas (artículo 6).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Se tiene que presentar, como justificante, el documento telemático del modelo 046, rellenado con el código P39 y con el nombre y los apellidos, el concepto (prueba de acceso general) y el importe adecuado. Si procede, se tiene que acreditar el derecho a la reducción en el pago de esta tasa con los documentos indicados en el artículo 6.3.&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Se tiene que acreditar la exención del pago de esta tasa con los documentos indicados en el artículo 6.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Para acreditar el requisito de edad, se tiene que aportar el original y una copia del documento oficial de identificación (DNI/NIE/pasaporte…).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Las personas que tengan alguna parte de la prueba de acceso superada lo tienen que hacer constar en el apartado de observaciones de la solicitud y tienen que presentar el original y una copia del documento requerido para que el centro la compulse, a fin que la calificación de esta parte se tenga en cuenta para el cálculo de la calificación final de la prueba. Si les corresponde, se tendrá en cuenta en la calificación de aquella parte. Estas personas también pueden solicitar presentarse para subir la nota de las partes ya superadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Las personas que quieran que se les tenga en cuenta la exención de alguna de las partes o de la totalidad de la prueba lo tienen que hacer constar en el apartado de observaciones de la solicitud y lo tienen que acreditar de la forma establecida. Si les corresponde la exención, se tendrá en cuenta en las calificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. En caso de que se acumulen las exenciones de todas las partes, se tiene que presentar la documentación que sea aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Las personas que necesiten una adaptación de las condiciones en que se tiene que hacer la prueba lo tienen que hacer constar en la solicitud y lo tienen que acreditar presentando el original y una copia del documento requerido para que el centro la compulse. Si les corresponde la adaptación, se tendrá en cuenta en la realización y la calificación de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Actuación con la documentación necesaria para la inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La secretaría del centro donde se hacen las inscripciones para hacer la prueba, una vez haya comprobado que la solicitud de inscripción está debidamente cumplimentada, tiene que sellar uno de los ejemplares y lo tiene que devolver a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La secretaría del centro se tiene que quedar la fotocopia del documento oficial de identificación (DNI/NIE/pasaporte…) y tiene que comprobar que se cumple el requisito de edad requerido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. También se tiene que quedar una copia del resto de la documentación que se presente, una vez compulsada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Antes del 27 de abril de 2020, los centros tienen que hacer llegar a la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros, por fax o por correo electrónico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) La lista de las personas que solicitan la adaptación de las condiciones en que se tiene que hacer la prueba. Se tienen que adjuntar las copias de las solicitudes y de la documentación que acredita que los solicitantes tienen necesidades educativas especiales o dificultades específicas de aprendizaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Otras solicitudes u observaciones que no pueda resolver el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Admisión para hacer las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada centro educativo tiene que comprobar, con la documentación recibida, que las personas que solicitan hacer las pruebas tienen la edad requerida y cumplen el resto de condiciones que permiten hacer las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Lista provisional de personas admitidas para hacer las pruebas y de personas excluidas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La lista provisional de personas admitidas para hacer las pruebas y de personas excluidas se tiene que publicar el día 27 de abril de 2020 en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del centro donde se ha presentado la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;Se hará constar nombre y apellidos y para el DNI tres asteriscos, las cuatro cifras siguientes y dos asteriscos finales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En la lista provisional se tiene que hacer constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Las personas que tienen la exención de la evaluación de la lengua catalana, obtenida de conformidad con lo que se determina en la normativa vigente. Tienen que aportar el documento que lo acredita durante el periodo de inscripción. Si todavía no lo tienen, lo tienen que entregar a los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora el mismo día de la prueba. No se admitirán los documentos que se presenten con posterioridad al día de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Las personas que están exentas de hacer la parte de la prueba relativa a la lengua catalana por el hecho de haber presentado el certificado de nivel B1 de catalán o un certificado equivalente, o un certificado que acredite un nivel superior de conocimientos de lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Las personas que están exentas de hacer la parte de comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Las personas que están exentas de hacer la parte social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Las personas que están exentas de hacer la parte científico-tecnológica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Las personas que tienen alguna parte de la prueba ya superada, con indicación de la calificación correspondiente o de la intención de presentarse para subir nota, si este hecho está certificado correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) La lista de personas excluidas, con indicación de la causa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. En el caso de las personas que hayan solicitado una exención y no puedan presentar el certificado correspondiente antes de la publicación de la lista provisional de admitidos, se tiene que hacer constar «Exención condicionada» en la lista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reclamaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las reclamaciones contra las listas provisionales de personas admitidas para hacer las pruebas y de personas excluidas se pueden presentar del 27 al 29 de abril de 2020 ante la dirección del centro educativo donde se haya presentado la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Lista definitiva de personas admitidas para hacer las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El día 5 de mayo de 2020, como máximo, cada centro educativo que lleva a cabo las pruebas tiene que publicar la lista definitiva de las personas admitidas en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web. &lt;/span&gt;Se hará constar nombre y apellidos y para el DNI tres asteriscos, las cuatro últimas cifras siguientes y dos asteriscos finales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En esta lista definitiva se tiene que hacer constar cada una de las exenciones de los aspirantes referentes a alguna de las partes de la prueba y las partes ya superadas con anterioridad que se hayan acreditado en el momento de hacer la inscripción, o las partes con exención condicionada a la presentación de la documentación el día de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Contra la lista definitiva se puede presentar un recurso de alzada ante el director general de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la fecha en que se haya publicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comisión Evaluadora de las pruebas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros tiene que nombrar los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora de la prueba, y día 24 de abril de 2020 publicará el nombramiento en su página web y lo comunicará a los diferentes centros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La Comisión Evaluadora tiene que estar formada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Presidente: un representante de la Consejería de Educación, Universidad e Investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dos vocales para la parte de comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un vocal para la parte social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un vocal para la parte científico-tecnológica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Secretario: tiene que actuar como secretario de la Comisión Evaluadora el vocal designado a este efecto en el acto de constitución de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El director general de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros puede nombrar, si lo considera oportuno, un número superior de vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La Comisión Evaluadora tiene que ejercer las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Elaborar las diferentes pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Enviar a los centros los diferentes exámenes de las pruebas, con antelación y en la forma establecida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Corregir y calificar las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Extender las actas de evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Resolver las reclamaciones que se hayan presentado contra las calificaciones y la evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Llevar a cabo&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; cualquier o&lt;/span&gt;tra función que le pueda asignar la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora recibirán la compensación económica correspondiente, de acuerdo con los conceptos y los importes que establece el Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 27 de octubre de 2008 por la cual se regulan las condiciones generales y los módulos económicos de los pagos al personal que participa en las pruebas de acceso a las enseñanzas deportivas del sistema educativo (BOIB nº. 161, de 15 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tribunales de los diferentes centros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La dirección de cada IES tiene que haber propuesto, como máximo día 22 de abril de 2020 (incluido), el nombramiento de los miembros del tribunal que controlará las pruebas en su centro el día y la hora establecidos. La Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros tiene que resolver la propuesta de nombramiento y tiene que informar a los centros para que se publique con al menos 48 horas de antelación a la hora de inicio de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Los tribunales tienen que estar constituidos por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Un presidente, que preferentemente tiene que ser un miembro del equipo directivo del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Dos vocales, uno de los cuales tiene que hacer las funciones de secretario del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El tribunal de cada centro tiene que ejercer las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Constituir el tribunal y extender acta de la constitución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Verificar la identidad de los inscritos en llamamiento único en el horario previsto de comienzo de la primera prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Hacer el seguimiento de la prueba que previamente habrá enviado la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Resolver las reclamaciones presentadas por los aspirantes en el proceso, así como las incidencias que se deriven de la organización y la realización de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Extender un acta en que se tienen que indicar los exámenes entregados por los inscritos y se tiene que dejar constancia de cualquier incidencia que se produzca en el desarrollo de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Cuando hayan acabado las diferentes pruebas, tiene que enviar a la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros, para la Comisión de Evaluación, una copia de las diferentes pruebas, de las actas de constitución, de las listas de presentados y de los exámenes entregados por los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Durante el desarrollo de las pruebas habrá miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora en el IES CTEIB, de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fecha y horario de realización de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La prueba se tiene que hacer los días 11 y 12 de mayo de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El horario y el orden de desarrollo de la prueba son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Día 11 de mayo de 2020:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;15.00 h: ejercicios de matemáticas y ciencias naturales, correspondientes a la parte científico-tecnológica (duración máxima: dos horas). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17.30 h: ejercicios de sociales, historia y geografía, correspondientes a la parte social (duración máxima: una hora).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El secretario del tribunal tiene que emitir justificantes de la presentación al examen a los alumnos que lo pidan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Relación de utensilios necesarios para el desarrollo de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La relación de utensilios es la normal para hacer una prueba escrita: bolígrafos, lápiz, goma de borrar, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se permite usar una calculadora científica, pero no de gráficos ni programable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se pueden utilizar teléfonos móviles ni aparatos de telecomunicaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si el aspirante quiere, puede utilizar una regla, una escuadra, un cartabón y un compás.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El examen se tiene que presentar escrito con tinta azul o negra. En ningún caso se puede responder en lápiz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se puede entrar al examen con libros, diccionarios o documentos escritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si es necesario utilizar tablas científicas para resolver algún examen, estas serán facilitadas por los examinadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Si es necesario utilizar otros materiales que los especificados en los apartados anteriores, el centro tiene que publicar, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web, la relación de utensilios necesarios antes del 27 de abril de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Verificación de la identidad de los aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los miembros del tribunal tienen que verificar, en el horario previsto de comienzo de la prueba y en llamamiento único, la identidad de los inscritos. También la pueden verificar cuando lo consideren oportuno y en cualquier momento de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los aspirantes presentes en este momento serán los calificados en las actas de la prueba. En caso de que, posteriormente, no entreguen el examen, tendrán la calificación de no presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Expedientes de las personas inscritas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los centros educativos tienen que poner a disposición de la Comisión Evaluadora la documentación presentada por las personas inscritas para hacer la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Corrección y calificación de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Una vez acabadas las pruebas, los diferentes tribunales tienen que enviar las actas y las copias de los exámenes a la Comisión Evaluadora, que tiene que corregir cada uno de los ejercicios que conforman la prueba y calcular la nota media.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) La calificación de cada una de las materias de cada una de las partes o ámbitos de la prueba tiene que ser numérica, entre cero y diez puntos, sin decimales. La calificación de cada parte o ámbito se obtiene de la media aritmética entre las materias que la conforman y tiene que ser numérica, entre cero y diez puntos, con dos decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) La calificación final se calculará si se obtiene al menos una puntuación de tres en cada una de las partes y tiene que ser la media aritmética de éstas, con dos decimales. Es positiva la calificación de cinco puntos o superior. Esta nota final, cuando se pueda calcular, tiene que quedar reflejada junto con la calificación de apto o de no apto. Si no se puede calcular, se tiene que indicar que el aspirante es no apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Si hay exenciones de alguna de las partes de la prueba, la nota media se tiene que calcular sobre las partes evaluadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Las partes ya superadas tienen que computar con la calificación que conste en la correspondiente certificación presentada. Si el aspirante opta a subir nota, se tiene que computar la nota superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Cuando no se supere la totalidad de la prueba, la calificación de la parte o las partes superadas puede mantenerse en las convocatorias siguientes. Esta circunstancia se tiene que hacer constar en un certificado expedito, a este efecto, por la secretaría del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El centro tiene que custodiar los exámenes realizados por los aspirantes durante un periodo de cuatro meses contadores desde el día en que se publique la lista definitiva de personas aptas y no aptas a la prueba de acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contenido de las actas de evaluación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El contenido de las actas de evaluación tiene que ser el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) La Resolución de la convocatoria de la prueba de acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Los apellidos y los nombres de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Actuación con las actas de evaluación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La Comisión Evaluadora tiene que extender un acta de evaluación de los resultados de las pruebas, que todos los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora tienen que firmar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Las actas originales se han de enviar y archivar en el centro donde se han hecho las pruebas de acceso y se tiene que enviar una copia compulsada a la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La copia compulsada de estas actas tiene que permanecer a la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros, junto con las copias de las pruebas corregidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 23&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Lista provisional de personas aptas y no aptas a las pruebas de acceso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El día 15 de mayo de 2020, cada centro educativo donde se han hecho las pruebas tiene que publicar en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web la lista provisional de personas que han resultado aptas y no aptas en esta prueba. &lt;/span&gt;Se hará constar el DNI completo, sin indicar nombre ni apellidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 24&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reclamaciones contra la lista provisional de personas aptas y no aptas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Contra la lista provisional de personas aptas y no aptas, se puede presentar una reclamación ante la dirección del centro del 15 al 19 de mayo de 2020, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Esta reclamación se tiene que presentar por escrito en la secretaría del centro donde se ha hecho la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La Comisión Evaluadora tiene dos días lectivos para estudiar el contenido de las reclamaciones y responder por escrito a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. La revisión de las reclamaciones se tiene que hacer los días 20 y 21 de mayo de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. La Comisión Evaluadora tiene que extender un acta de la sesión de resolución de las reclamaciones presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Las personas que no estén conformes con el resultado de la reclamación pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante el director general de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros en un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de las listas definitivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Lista definitiva de personas aptas y no aptas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La lista definitiva de personas aptas y no aptas se tiene que publicar el 21 de mayo de 2020 en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web de cada centro donde se haya hecho la prueba. &lt;/span&gt;Se hará constar el DNI completo, sin indicar nombre ni apellidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 26&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contenido del certificado de aptitud de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En el certificado de aptitud de la prueba tiene que constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Entrega de los certificados de aptitud de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas que hayan superado la prueba de acceso o hayan superado alguna parte pueden solicitar el certificado que lo acredita en el mismo centro público donde se ha hecho la prueba a partir del día 22 de mayo de 2020. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas que tengan el certificado que acredita que han superado la prueba de acceso de carácter general a las formaciones deportivas de ciclo inicial/nivel I de grado medio de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial y las que tengan otra documentación que les permite pedir una plaza reservada por el turno que corresponda pueden solicitar la admisión a las formaciones deportivas de ciclo inicial/nivel I de grado medio de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial que quieran cursar, de conformidad con la normativa de admisión a estas enseñanzas, siempre que cumplan el resto de requisitos de acceso que determina la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) La calificación de cada parte es la media aritmética de las calificaciones de las materias que la conforman. Esta calificación se tiene que expresar de cero a diez puntos, con dos decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Si un aspirante está exento de examinarse de la prueba de lengua catalana, la calificación de la parte de comunicación será la calificación de la materia de lengua castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Los aspirantes con apartados superados que quieran subir nota pueden solicitar presentarse a estos apartados. Finalmente, constará la calificación superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Si un aspirante no hace la prueba correspondiente a alguna de las materias de una parte y no está exento de hacerla, la calificación de esta parte será de no presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Calificación final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) La calificación de cada parte de la prueba tiene que ser numérica, entre cero y diez puntos, con dos decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) La calificación de la prueba de acceso tiene que ser, a todos los efectos, la media aritmética de las calificaciones de las partes evaluadas y de las superadas con anterioridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) La calificación final se tiene que calcular siempre que se obtenga al menos una puntuación de tres en cada una de las partes y tiene que ser la media aritmética de éstas, expresada con dos decimales. Es positiva la calificación de cinco puntos o superior. Esta nota final, cuando se pueda calcular, tiene que quedar reflejada junto con la calificación de apto o de no apto. Si no se puede calcular esta media, se tiene que indicar que el aspirante es no apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Si hay exenciones de alguna de las partes de la prueba, la nota media se tiene que calcular sobre las partes evaluadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Si la calificación de todas las partes es de no presentado, o bien alguna parte está exenta y la calificación del resto de las partes es de no presentado, la calificación final será de no apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Cuando no se supere la totalidad de la prueba, la calificación de la parte o las partes superadas puede mantenerse en las convocatorias siguientes. El certificado de aptitud tiene que ser el que acredite la superación de alguna de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Duración de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Dos horas para la parte de comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Explicación del significado de palabras, expresiones e ideas del texto (4 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Redacción, con una extensión de 125 palabras aproximadamente, sobre un tema escogido entre los dos propuestos (3 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.2. Criterios de evaluación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se evalúa la comprensión del texto propuesto, la adecuación y la coherencia de las respuestas a las preguntas realizadas y, en general, la expresión y la corrección ortográfica y gramatical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Parte social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.1. Contenido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se evalúa la adecuación y la coherencia de las respuestas a las preguntas realizadas y, en general, la expresión y la corrección ortográfica y gramatical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Parte científico-tecnológica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1. Contenido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) El examen de cada apartado consta de cinco ejercicios, con dos cuestiones cada uno, o bien de diez cuestiones, relativas a los contenidos de la ESO. Cada una de las cuestiones de cada examen tiene una puntuación máxima de un punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2. Criterios de evaluación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Respecto a las matemáticas, se evalúa la capacidad de interpretación de lo que se pide y el uso de estrategias de lógica matemática para llegar al resultado final. Así, se evalúa tanto el planteamiento de la solución como el resultado obtenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Respecto a la otra parte, se evalúa la adecuación y la coherencia de las respuestas a las preguntas realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Situaciones que eximen de hacer las diferentes partes de la prueba&lt;/strong&gt; (certificado o documentación que se tiene que presentar el día de la inscripción):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Haber superado una prueba de acceso de carácter general a ciclos formativos de grado medio de las enseñanzas profesionales de artes plásticas y diseño.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Quedan exentas de hacer la parte social de la prueba las personas que puedan acreditar alguna de las situaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Haber superado el ámbito social de las pruebas libres para obtener el título de graduado en educación secundaria obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Haber superado el ámbito científico-tecnológico de las pruebas libres para obtener el título de graduado en educación secundaria obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.3. Haber superado las materias de 4t de ESO que eximen de hacer la prueba del ámbito científico-tecnológico de las pruebas libres para obtener el título de graduado en educación secundaria obligatoria para mayores de dieciocho años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Haber superado una prueba de acceso de carácter general a ciclos formativos de grado medio de formación profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.5. Haber superado una prueba de acceso de carácter general a ciclos formativos de grado medio de las enseñanzas profesionales de artes plásticas y diseño.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Quedan exentas de hacer la prueba de la lengua catalana las personas que puedan acreditar alguna de las situaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d.1. Tener el certificado de nivel B1 de catalán o un certificado equivalente, o un certificado que acredite un nivel superior de conocimientos de lengua catalana, expedido por el organismo oficial competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d.2. Estar exentas de la evaluación de la lengua catalana de la forma que se determina en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estas personas tienen que aportar el certificado de exención y/o superación durante el periodo de inscripción. Si lo han pedido y todavía no lo tienen, lo tienen que entregar a los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora el mismo día de la prueba. No se admitirán los certificados que se presenten con posterioridad al día de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Adaptación de las condiciones de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas que soliciten la adaptación de las condiciones en que se tiene que hacer la prueba porque pueden acreditar que tienen necesitados educativas especiales o dificultades específicas de aprendizaje (dislexia, etc.) tienen que aportar un documento oficial que lo acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros tiene que comunicar a cada uno de los centros que hacen las pruebas el nombre de las personas cuya petición de adaptación se ha aceptado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. Situaciones de exención total y de acumulación de exenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas que puedan acreditar alguna de las situaciones siguientes pueden solicitar y obtener la exención total de hacer la prueba. Para solicitar plaza tienen que aportar un certificado que acredite:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Tener superada una prueba de acceso singular a un ciclo formativo de grado medio de formación profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Tener superada una prueba de acceso de carácter general a ciclos formativos de grado medio de enseñanzas profesionales de artes plásticas y diseño.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) Tener superada una prueba general de acceso a las enseñanzas artísticas superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
