    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.35cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el BOIB n.º 4, de fecha 9 de enero de 2020, se publicó la Oferta de Ocupación Pública para el año 2019 del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, y en el BOIB n.º 10, de fecha 23 de enero de 2020, se publicó una corrección de error en la publicación. Detectado un segundo error en cuanto al número de plazas de administrativo/a en la referida Oferta de Ocupación Pública, el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, en sesión del día 6 de marzo de 2020, adoptó por unanimidad de los miembros presentes, el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.4cm; margin-top:0.4cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;PRIMERO.- APROBAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, la corrección del error observado en la Oferta de Ocupación Pública del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para el año 2019, aprobada por el Consejo Ejecutivo en la sesión del día 23 de diciembre de 2019, publicada en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;n.º 4, de 9 de enero de 2020, y modificada en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;n.º 10, de 23 de enero de 2020, en el sentido que se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;TERCERO.- REMITIR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; el texto del acuerdo a la Administración General del Estado, al efecto previsto en el artículo 56.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, con la enmienda del error de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
