Ordenar la publicación de la convocatoria de subvenciones para acontecimientos de promoción de la economía y el producto local en el 2020, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares por conducto de la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&nbsp; </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Señalar que contra este acuerdo, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa pueden interponer el recurso de alzada, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. El recurso se puede interponer formalmente ante este Consejo Ejecutivo o ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, pueden interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo delante (el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda o la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares), en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no habéis recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y pueden interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante (el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda o la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares), en el plazo de seis meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">No obstante lo anterior, pueden interponer, si procede</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">, cualquier otro recurso que consideráis oportuno.
