&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo que se prevé en los artículos 17.3 b y 20.8 a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, cuyo texto se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0563c1"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es subvencionar proyectos en el ámbito de la participación ciudadana y/o de captación o formación de voluntariado en Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden participar en esta convocatoria de subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las entidades de administración local de Mallorca de menos de 60.000 habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Las entidades sin ánimo de lucro de Mallorca inscritas en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las entidades de voluntariado legalmente constituidas y que desarrollen sus actividades en un plan&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[plan|plano]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se puede subvencionar, como máximo, hasta un proyecto por línea de entre los que presente la entidad solicitante, si es el caso, y será el que haya obtenido mejor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Actuaciones y gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Son gastos subvencionables los correspondientes a la planificación, preparación, coordinación, difusión y ejecución de los:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L1. Proyectos de participación de entidades de la administración local para favorecer la participación ciudadana en las políticas municipales y para fomentar la implicación de la ciudadanía en la toma de decisiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L2. Proyectos de participación de entidades sin ánimo de lucro destinados a fomentar el trabajo a través de redes ciudadanas y la colaboración asociativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L3. Proyectos dirigidos a la formación o la captación de personas voluntarias de entidades de voluntariado dirigidos al desarrollo de planes&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[planes|planos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de formación de personas voluntarias o a su captación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Periodo subvencionable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se pueden acojer a esta convocatoria de subvenciones las solicitudes de entidades que tengan por objeto desarrollar, entre el 1 de junio de 2019 hasta el 30 de mayo de 2020 (ambos incluídos), actividades o proyectos de participación ciudadana y/o de captación o formación de voluntariado en Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Financiación e importes máximos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se destinan 250.000,00 euros a las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria que se financiarán con cargo al presupuesto de gastos del Consejo de Mallorca para el año 2020, distribuidos de la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Línea 1. Proyectos de participación de entidades de administración local: cien mil euros (100.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Línea 2. Proyectos de participación de entidades sin ánimo de lucro: cien mil euros (100.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Línea 3. Proyectos dirigidos a la formación o la captación de personas voluntarias realizados por entidades de voluntariado: cincuenta mil euros (50.000€).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no se conceden las cuantías inicialmente previstas a las diferentes líneas por falta de solicitudes, o para no acreditar la condición de beneficiario, se puede traspasar indistintamente el crédito remanente de una aplicación a la otra si, de acuerdo con las solicitudes presentadas, es conveniente incrementar la dotación presupuestaria para atender todas las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subvenciones se adjudicarán mediante el sistema de prorrateo del crédito asignado a cada una de las líneas de manera proporcional a los puntos obtenidos.&amp;nbsp; Así, el importe de la subvención se calculará de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Is = importe subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C = crédito presupuestario asignado en la convocatoria para cada una de las líneas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ps = puntuación de la solicitud obtenida en la aplicación de los criterios de valoración del proyecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pt = suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas de todas las solicitudes de cada línea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ningún caso el importe resultante de la adjudicación puede ser superior a la cantidad solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes, y toda la documentación, es de 15 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de publicarse el extracto de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Si el último día es inhábil, el plazo se prorroga hasta el día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobada por el Pleno del Consejo el 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017) y, supletoriamente, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el resto de normativa que sea aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
