&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es necesario cubrir el puesto de trabajo de jefe/jefa del Servicio de Pediatría correspondiente a la plantilla orgánica autorizada del Hospital de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El Decreto 87/2006, de 6 de octubre, de provisión de jefaturas de carácter asistencial del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;El Real decreto ley 1/1999, de 8 de enero, sobre selección de personal estatutario y provisión de plazas en las instituciones sanitarias de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;La Resolución de la consejera de Salud de 13 de enero de 2016 de delegación de competencias en materia de personal estatutario en los órganos del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, modificada por la Resolución de 13 de septiembre de 2017, que modificaba la Resolución de 3 de junio de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Aprobar la convocatoria para proveer, por el sistema de libre designación, el puesto de trabajo de jefe/jefa del Servicio de Pediatría de la plantilla orgánica autorizada del Hospital de Manacor, que se rige por las bases que se publican en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El régimen jurídico del puesto de trabajo es el establecido por el estatuto marco del personal estatutario del Servicio de Salud —aprobado por la Ley 55/2003, de 16 de diciembre— y por el resto de disposiciones aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Requisitos de las personas aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1.&amp;nbsp;Requisitos generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tener la nacionalidad española o la de cualquier otro estado miembro de la Unión Europea o del Espacio Económico Europeo, o tener el derecho a la libre circulación de trabajadores de conformidad con el Tratado de la Unión Europea o cualquier otro ratificado por España, o tener reconocido tal derecho por alguna norma de rango legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tener el título oficial correspondiente que habilite para el ejercicio profesional de la especialidad requerida para el puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con el Decreto 8/2018, de 23 de marzo, por el que se regula la capacitación lingüística del personal estatutario del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, acreditar el nivel B1 de conocimientos de catalán por medio de un certificado expedido por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública o cualquiera de los expedidos, reconocidos como equivalentes u homologados por la Dirección General de Política Lingüística que acredite dicho nivel. No obstante, dado que para desempeñar las funciones del puesto de trabajo se requieren una calificación, unos conocimientos y unas habilidades directivas especiales, se admitirán todas las solicitudes de participación, aunque no pueda acreditarse el nivel de conocimientos de catalán exigido, aunque la persona que resulte adjudicataria queda obligada a obtenerlo y acreditarlo en un plazo máximo de dos años a contar a partir de la fecha en que tome posesión del puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tener la capacidad funcional necesaria para desempeñar las funciones que se deriven del nombramiento correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no sobrepasar la edad de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No haber sido separada del servicio por medio de un expediente disciplinario en cualquier servicio de salud o administración pública en los seis años anteriores a la convocatoria, ni estar inhabilitada con carácter firme para ejercer funciones públicas ni, en su caso, para la profesión correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de las personas con nacionalidad de otros estados no mencionados en el párrafo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, no estar inhabilitada por alguna sanción o pena para el ejercicio profesional ni para acceder a funciones o servicios públicos en su estado, ni haber sido separada por alguna sanción disciplinaria de alguna de sus administraciones o servicios públicos en los seis años anteriores a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.2.&amp;nbsp;Requisitos específicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden participar en esta convocatoria los facultativos con nombramiento como personal estatutario fijo que tengan una plaza en la especialidad en la que participen, y también los facultativos con nombramiento de funcionario de carrera o laboral fijo que presten servicios en hospitales de titularidad pública en la especialidad de que se trate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es un requisito haber ocupado una plaza de la especialidad de que se trate durante un período no inferior a tres años. A tal efecto se sumarán los períodos en que se haya ocupado una plaza de la especialidad correspondiente en los diferentes servicios y hospitales, pero se contabilizarán como uno solo los períodos de tiempo en los que se haya ocupado simultáneamente más de una plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Acreditación de los requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los requisitos deben cumplirse el último día del plazo para presentar solicitudes y deben mantenerse hasta la toma de posesión. La acreditación debe hacerse en el momento de presentar la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.1.&amp;nbsp;Quien desee participar en esta convocatoria debe presentar la solicitud siguiendo el modelo que figura en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.2.&amp;nbsp;La solicitud para participar en el proceso selectivo, dirigida al órgano convocante, debe presentarse en el plazo de veinte días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de la resolución de convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Debe formalizarse en el Registro General de los Servicios Centrales del Servicio de Salud o por alguna de las vías que prevé el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Historial profesional, en el que deben figurar como mínimo los apartados siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Formación universitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;–&amp;nbsp; Formación especializada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;–&amp;nbsp; Experiencia profesional en los ámbitos asistencial y docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;–&amp;nbsp; Méritos científicos y de investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;–&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Niveles de conocimiento de catalán acreditables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;–&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Otras actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2.&amp;nbsp;Los méritos deben acreditarse por medio de los documentos originales o de fotocopias compulsadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.3.&amp;nbsp;En cuanto a los trabajos y las publicaciones científicas, se puede aportar una fotocopia simple siempre que se especifique la reseña de la publicación o de la certificación acreditativa del centro o de la institución organizadora si se trata de aportaciones a reuniones científicas que no han sido publicadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;Resolución de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.1.&amp;nbsp;Una vez vencido el plazo para presentar solicitudes y cuando el órgano competente haya verificado que las personas aspirantes cumplen los requisitos, el órgano convocante dictará una resolución para designar a la persona seleccionada, que se publicará de igual forma que la resolución de convocatoria. Contra esa resolución se podrán interponer los mismos recursos que se especifican en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.2.&amp;nbsp;De acuerdo con el artículo 25 del Real decreto ley 1/1999, el puesto de trabajo convocado puede ser declarado desierto si se considera que no ha concurrido ninguna persona aspirante que sea idónea para ocuparlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.3.&amp;nbsp;Para resolver esta convocatoria se valorarán los aspectos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El proyecto técnico de gestión de la unidad asistencial, que debe defenderse públicamente ante el órgano convocante, el cual puede estar acompañado de los asesores que considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los méritos documentales aportados junto con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.4.&amp;nbsp;Si la persona seleccionada tiene la condición de personal estatutario fijo del Hospital de Manacor, seguirá ocupando la plaza de su categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.5.&amp;nbsp;Si la persona seleccionada tiene la condición de personal estatutario fijo de la especialidad correspondiente en otro centro del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, ocupará únicamente el puesto de trabajo en el centro de destino y quedará en la situación de reserva respecto a su plaza estatutaria fija.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.6.&amp;nbsp;Si la persona seleccionada tiene la condición de personal estatutario fijo de la especialidad correspondiente en otro servicio de salud u otra administración sanitaria, o de funcionaria de carrera o personal laboral fijo, ocupará únicamente el puesto convocado y quedará respecto a su plaza o puesto de origen en la situación administrativa que sea procedente y en la que sea declarada en la administración de origen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;Cese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
