&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;El 17 de febrero de 2020, la Fundación de Investigación Sanitaria Islas Baleares (IdISBa) presentó en la Subdirección de Presupuestos y Control del Gasto del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares la documentación relativa a la donación al Servicio de Salud consistente en un ordenador portátil y un congelador, por un importe de 14.274,23 €, destinada al Servicio de Microbiología del Hospital Universitario Son Espases. La documentación aportada es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Informe de necesidad emitido el 13 de junio de 2019 por el coordinador del Servicio de Microbiología.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Escrito de ofrecimiento del director gerente de IdISBa, con fecha de 4 de abril de 2019, de un ordenador portátil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Escrito de ofrecimiento del director gerente de IdISBa, con fecha de 4 de abril de 2019, de un congelador -70 ºC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Certificado de la secretaria del Patronato de IdISBa sobre el acuerdo adoptado en la sesión ordinaria del 5 de noviembre de 2015 relativo a la designación del señor David Martínez Bestard como director gerente de IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Copia del documento de identidad del director gerente de IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Facturas acreditativas de la adquisición de un ordenador portátil y de un congelador -70 ºC por un importe de 14.271,23 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El 19 de febrero de 2020, el subdirector de Presupuestos y Control del Gasto del Servicio de Salud emitió un informe favorable a la donación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Dirección del Servicio de Salud adopta el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Autorizar la aceptación de la donación al Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de un ordenador portátil y un congelador –70 ºC, por el importe total de 14.274,23 €, destinada al Servicio de Microbiología del Hospital Universitario Son Espases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Determinar que aceptar la donación no conlleva gasto alguno para el Hospital ni para el Servicio de Salud, ni implica asumir ninguna obligación con el donante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Facultar al director general del Servicio de Salud para firmar los documentos relativos a la donación que sean pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, de conformidad con el artículo 41 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
