PATRIM 2/2020)]] 8322 8321 es 2020-03-07 2020-03-07 text/html 632876 2020-03-05 ![CDATA[<p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.El 7 de marzo de 2017, el Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares y Asociación Proyecto Juntos suscribieron un convenio de colaboración (exp. Convenio 2/2017) para realizar actividades de voluntariado y acompañamiento en el Área Pediátrica del Hospital Can Misses.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El objeto del convenio es desarrollar las actividades de Asociación Proyecto Juntos, que son, entre otras, mantener y cuidar la sala de juegos y entregar juguetes, libros y consolas a los niños y niñas que no puedan salir de su habitación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.&nbsp;Las finalidades de Asociación Proyecto Juntos son las siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">–&nbsp; Suscribir acuerdos, convenios o cualquier tipo de colaboración y cooperación con administraciones, organismos e instituciones públicas o privadas para la investigación de enfermedades.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">–&nbsp;Dar apoyo a niños, niñas y adolescentes hospitalizados.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">–&nbsp;Adaptar espacios en los hospitales o centros médicos para humanizarlos y crear entornos adaptados a la infancia.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">–&nbsp;Adaptar espacios en centros educativos para humanizarlos y crear espacios adaptados a la infancia con enfermedades graves.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">–&nbsp;Brindar apoyo moral y ayuda económica a las familias de los niños, niñas y adolescentes hospitalizados.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">–&nbsp;Proteger, asistir e integrar la infancia hospitalizada.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">–&nbsp;Colaborar económicamente con organizaciones e instituciones que dan apoyo a niños y niñas hospitalizados y que luchan contra enfermedades graves.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.&nbsp;En la sesión extraordinaria del 12 de febrero de 2019, la Asamblea General de Asociación Proyecto Juntos acordó modificar la Junta Directiva nombrando presidente al señor Carlos Ramón Navarro, con núm. de DNI 414****7G.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.&nbsp;El 29 de enero de 2020, el representante de Asociación Proyecto Juntos ofreció en donación al Hospital Can Misses, de manera gratuita y sin compromiso de contraprestación, mobiliario, carpintería y vinilos (adjuntó imágenes de todos estos ítems), así como libros, por un valor de 9.236,38 €, que se justifica por medio de las facturas siguientes:</span></p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" class="Table" style="border-collapse:collapse; font-size:12px">6.&nbsp;El 29 de enero de 2020, el jefe del Servicio de Pediatría y la supervisora de la Unidad de Pediatría emitieron un informe de necesidad, según el cual «los elementos que se donan serán de gran utilidad para el desarrollo cognitivo, integración, superación del estrés, alivio emocional y descarga de tensión de los pacientes ingresados en la Unidad de Pediatría. Además, la aceptación de esos elementos no conlleva gasto alguno para el hospital ni para el Servicio de Salud, ni implica la asunción de obligación alguna para con el donante».</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7.
