&lt;p&gt;En e&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l procedimiento de referencia se ha dictado la resolución del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;AUTO&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; nº&amp;nbsp; 292/19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ibiza,&amp;nbsp;3 de diciembre de 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ANTECEDENTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PRIMERO: El procurador D. Jose Luis Marí Abellan, actuando en nombre representación de D. SANTIAGO ALONSO NATERA,&amp;nbsp; frente a&amp;nbsp;Dª&amp;nbsp;MIRIAM JOSEFINA MOYA HERNANDEZ, ha solicitado, al amparo de la Ley de Cooperación Jurídica Internacional, el reconocimiento de la resolución de divorcio de mutuo acuerdo dictada por la autoridad competente del estado de Venezuela, a fin de proceder a su&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; inscripción en el Registro Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Que debo estimar y estimo la demanda presentada por el&amp;nbsp; procurador D. Jose Luis Marí Abellan en&amp;nbsp; nombre representación de D. SANTIAGO ALONSO NATERA,&amp;nbsp; frente a&amp;nbsp; Dª&amp;nbsp; MIRIAM JOSEFINA MOYA HERNANDEZ, y reconocer la sentencia venezolana que declara el divorcio de las partes, que ha sido dictada por el tribunal de protección del niño y del adolescente de la circunscripción judicial del estado de s&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ucre, sede Cumana, de 5.3.2003. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No procede hacer expresa declaración de costas-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de 20 días a resolver por la Audiencia Provincial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de MIRIAM JOSEFINA MOYA HERNANDEZ, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
