    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 22 de febrero de 2020, en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 23, se publicó el Acuerdo del &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Consejo de Gobierno de 21 de febrero de 2020 por el que se aprueba la previsión de las prestaciones y los servicios&lt;/span&gt; que se tienen que concertar durante el año 2020 y se declaran los servicios de interés económico &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;general. Una vez publicado el Acuerdo, se han advertido una serie de errores que, por seguridad jurídica, conviene corregir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Según el artículo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición. El artículo 56.2 de la Ley 3/2003 establece que la rectificación de errores se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando se refiera a actos que han sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, en la sesión de 28 de febrero de 2020 adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Rectificar, en el Acuerdo &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;del Consejo de Gobierno de 21 de febrero de 2020 por el que se aprueba la previsión de las prestaciones y los servicios que se tienen que&lt;/span&gt; concertar durante el año 2020 y se declaran los servicios de interés económico &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;general, los errores materiales siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Designar al director general de Planificación, Equipamientos y Formación, al director general de Atención a la Dependencia y a la directora general de Infancia, Juventud y Familias, de la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, cada uno dentro de su ámbito funcional, órganos instructores de los procedimientos de concertación de los servicios sociales que se detallan en este acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Designar al director general de Planificación, Equipamientos y Formación, al director general de Atención a la Dependencia, a la directora general de Servicios Sociales y a la directora general de Infancia, Juventud y Familias, de la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, cada uno dentro de su ámbito funcional, órganos instructores de los procedimientos de concertación de los servicios sociales que se detallan en este acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.5.3. Servicio de ayuda a domicilio para personas en situaci&lt;/span&gt;ón de dependencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Horas: 2.500/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Precio del servicio a concertar: 22,50 €/hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
