&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Asunto: modificación de las dedicaciones parciales y del régimen de dedicaciones y retribuciones de dos concejales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Ple del Ajuntament, en sesión extraordinaria del 11 de julio de 2019, en el punto 5 del orden del día, aprobó, entre otras cosas, las dedicaciones parciales siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los miembros electos que ejercerán el cargo un 90 % de jornada entera serán tres concejales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los miembros electos que ejercerán el cargo un 75 % de jornada entera serán cuatro concejales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los miembros electos que ejercerán el cargo un 40 % de jornada entera serán dos concejales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El miembro electo que ejercerá el cargo un 50 % de jornada entera será un concejal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 84, de 12 de julio de 2019, determinó el régimen de dedicaciones y retribuciones de la Alcaldia, de los tenientes de Alcaldia y de los concejales delegados, de conformidad con lo establecido a este efecto por el Ple del Ajuntament;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dada la toma de posesión de la concejala señora Carla Gener Marquès en el Ple ordinario de día 20 de febrero de 2020, en sustitución por renuncia de la señora Fàtima Anglada Ametller, se hace necesario hacer un cambio en las dedicaciones parciales y en la determinación del régimen de dedicaciones y retribuciones de los dos concejales del Grupo Municipal de Unidas Podemos-Gent per Ciutadella (UP-GxC);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO:&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar las dedicaciones parciales del Ajuntament en el sentido de que los miembros electos que ejercerán un 90 % de jornada entera serán cuatro concejales, los que ejercerán un 75 % de jornada entera serán tres concejales y el que ejercerá un 35 % de jornada entera será un concejal. Se elimina la dedicación del 50 % de jornada entera a un concejal y se mantiene la dedicación parcial de un 40 % de jornada entera a dos concejales. Por lo que las dedicaciones parciales totales quedarán de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los miembros electos que ejercerán el cargo un 90 % de jornada entera serán cuatro concejales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los miembros electos que ejercerán el cargo un 75 % de jornada entera serán tres concejales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los miembros electos que ejercerán el cargo un 40 % de jornada entera serán dos concejales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El miembro electo que ejercerá el cargo un 35 % de jornada entera será un concejal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO:&lt;/strong&gt; Determinar, como consecuencia de las modificaciones de las dedicaciones parciales, que el régimen de dedicaciones y retribuciones de la Alcaldia, de los tenientes de Alcaldia y de los concejales delegados quedará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Alcaldia, que posee la &lt;strong&gt;Sra. JOANA GOMILA LLUCH&lt;/strong&gt;, ejercerá el cargo con dedicación exclusiva a jornada entera y percibirá en concepto de retribución la cuantía bruta mensual de 3.179,95 €, por 14 pagas (2 extras los meses de junio y diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tercer teniente de alcalde, &lt;strong&gt;Sr. JOSÉ LÓPEZ BOSCH&lt;/strong&gt;; la cuarta teniente de alcalde, &lt;strong&gt;Sra.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;LAURA ANGLADA SEARA&lt;/strong&gt;; el concejal delegado, &lt;strong&gt;Sr. ANDREU CARDONA MIR; &lt;/strong&gt;y el segundo teniente de alcalde,&lt;strong&gt; Sr. SERGIO SERVERA MORENO&lt;/strong&gt;, ejercerán el cargo con dedicación de un 90 % de jornada entera y percibirán en concepto de retribuciones la cuantía bruta mensual de 2.514,26 € por 14 pagas (2 extras los meses de junio y diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La primera teniente de alcalde, &lt;strong&gt;Sra.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;NOEMÍ CAMPS VILLALONGA&lt;/strong&gt;; la concejala delegada, &lt;strong&gt;Sra.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;MARIA GRACIA MERCADAL MARQUÈS&lt;/strong&gt;; la concejala delegada, Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA ALEXANDRA M&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OLL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; TALTAVULL&lt;/strong&gt; ejercerán el cargo con dedicación de un 75 % de jornada entera y percibirán en concepto de retribuciones la cuantía bruta mensual de 2.095,22 € por 14 pagas (2 extras los meses de junio y diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concejala delegada, &lt;strong&gt;Sra.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;MARIA JESÚS BAGUR BENEJAM&lt;/strong&gt;, y el concejal delegado, &lt;strong&gt;Sr. PERE FIOL BENEJAM&lt;/strong&gt;, ejercerán el cargo con dedicación de un 40 % de jornada entera y percibirán en concepto de retribución la cuantía bruta mensual de 1.117,45 €, por 14 pagas (2 extras los meses de junio y diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concejala delegada, &lt;strong&gt;Sra. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARLA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;GENER &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MARQUÈS&lt;/strong&gt;, ejercerá el cargo con dedicación de un 35 % de jornada entera y percibirá en concepto de retribución la cuantía bruta mensual de &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;977,77&lt;/span&gt; €, por 14 pagas (2 extras los meses de junio y diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO:&lt;/strong&gt; Ratificar el primer punto de esta resolución en la primera sesión del Ple del Ajuntament que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
