    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La Agencia de Estrategia Turística de les Illes Balears (en adelante AETIB) en virtud de lo establecido en el Decreto 18/2018, de 22 de junio, tiene entre sus&amp;nbsp; finalidades, la elaboración de la estrategia turística para la mejora del posicionamiento internacional de las Illes Balears. Es por eso, que uno de los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;objetivos de la AETIB es crear una oferta diferenciada que cree valor y que se dirige a segmentos específicos, además, las Illes Balears disponen de activos turísticos que han de ser recuperados, valorados y potenciados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los patrocinios de eventos que se consideran singulares y que están vinculados&amp;nbsp; a los productos prioritarios de las Illes Balears, se convierten en una plataforma muy útil y versátil que permite transmitir los valores inherentes a las marcas turísticas de Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza i Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A efectos de esta convocatoria, se consideran “Eventos singulares”&lt;/span&gt; aquellos eventos que presentan unas características especiales y diferenciadoras respecto al resto y que por su notoriedad y repercusión mediática destacan por delante de otros eventos. Estos han de tener una clara vocación de continuidad en el tiempo, es decir, que se realicen o se quieran realizar de forma periódica (anualmente). Quedan excluidos de esta definición los eventos que tengan una duración que se prolongue en el tiempo y sea superior a 10 días.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La voluntad de la AETIB es que la participación en esta convocatoria para la formalización de contratos privados de patrocinio con entidades privadas esté sujeta a los principios de publicidad, transparencia, cooperación y eficiencia de la utilización de los recursos públicos. La participación en estas convocatorias supone la aceptación de los términos y condiciones establecidos, que se anexan a esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El objeto&amp;nbsp; de esta convocatoria, pública y abierta, es ofrecer la posibilidad de formalizar contratos privados de patrocinio con entidades privadas que lleven a cabo eventos singulares a les Illes Balears. Estos&amp;nbsp; han de tener&amp;nbsp; una repercusión mediática muy elevada, generando gran notoriedad para&amp;nbsp; las marcas&amp;nbsp; a las que se vinculen. Así mismo se han de celebrar desde el 1 de abril al 30 de junio de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El ámbito territorial de esta convocatoria se circunscribe a los eventos que se desarrollen de forma efectiva en el territorio de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El presupuesto que se reserva, para esta convocatoria, es de un máximo de 420.000 € (impuestos incluidos). De esta cantidad un máximo de&amp;nbsp; 320.000€ serán &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;financiados con el fondo del Impuesto de Turismo Sostenible (ITS) 2019 &lt;/span&gt;dentro del PROGRAMA 1. Posicionamiento de las marcas turísticas de Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera del proyecto denominado&amp;nbsp; “&lt;em&gt;Mejora de la competitividad del sector turística de les Illes Balears, mediante&amp;nbsp; el posicionamiento de los valores de las marcas turísticas de Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera, el desarrollo&amp;nbsp; del talento, el conocimiento i la creación de producto”&lt;/em&gt;, y 100.000€ a cargo del Capítol VI –Inversiones reales- del presupuesto de la AETIB&amp;nbsp; para el ejercicio 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por este motivo las marcas de destino que se insertaran en las publicaciones, emisiones, publicitad y acciones promocionales han de ir siempre vinculadas a la marca de ITS, además&lt;/span&gt; de la marca de destino a la que se vincula el evento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, con la autorización previa del gasto para esta convocatoria autorizada por resolución del consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo de&amp;nbsp; 19&amp;nbsp; de febrero de 2020, se aprueban anexos a esta Resolución, los &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pliegos de condiciones generales que han de regir la convocatoria pública para el patrocinio de eventos singulares y la tramitación de los expedientes de contratación que se deriven de esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.-Aprobar&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; los Pliegos de condiciones generales que han de regir la convocatoria pública para la formalización de contratos privados para el patrocinio de eventos singulares &lt;/span&gt;(ANNEX A).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Ordenar la publicación en el BOIB de esta Resolución y de los anexos que la acompañen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta resolución tendrá efectos desde el día siguiente al de su publicación&amp;nbsp; en&amp;nbsp; el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución —que agota la vía administrativa— se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el presidente de la AETIB en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de&amp;nbsp; su publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con lo establecido al artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 44, de 3 de abril) y la artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE núm. 236, de 2 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el juzgado contencioso administrativo, en el plazo&amp;nbsp; de dos meses desde el siguiente al de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa al dia siguientes al de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con&amp;nbsp; el que se establece en el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. ÁMBITO, OBJETIVO, TIPOLOGÍA Y NECESIDADES A SATISFACER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria, pública y abierta, es ofrecer la posibilidad de formalizar contratos privados de patrocinio con entidades privadas que lleven a cabo eventos singulares en las Islas Baleares. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los patrocinios de eventos que se consideren singulares y que están vinculados a los productos prioritarios de las Islas Baleares, se convierten en una plataforma muy útil y versátil que permite transmitir los valores inherentes a las marcas turísticas de Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con la estrategia desarrollada por los Segmentos Estratégicos de Turismo (SET's), todos los eventos patrocinados por la AETIB tendrán que estar vinculados a uno de los productos estratégicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Todos los eventos tienen que estar siempre vinculados, además de la marca ITS, a una de las marcas de destino: Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera y/o Islas Baleares. En el supuesto de que el evento se desarrolle en más de una isla, y cumpla con los porcentajes de inversión indicados al apartado 3 de este anexo A, se considerará que se promociona, y por tanto, se vincula a la marca Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.1 Requisitos de los eventos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se consideran eventos susceptibles de obtener patrocinio aquellos que cumplan con todos los requisitos generales siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;A) Que sean eventos cuyo promotor sea una empresa/entidad privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;B) Que estén vinculados directamente a algunos de los productos estratégicos de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;C) Que fomenten la creación, diversificación y comercialización de algunos de los productos estratégicos de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;D) Que cumplan con los requisitos mínimos de repercusión mediática y presupuesto que se detallan a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;E) Que se desarrollen desde el 1 de abril de 2020 al 30 de junio de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;F) El ámbito territorial de esta convocatoria se circunscribe a los eventos que se desarrollan de forma efectiva en el territorio de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estos eventos deben cumplir unos requisitos técnicos mínimos para poder optar a esta convocatoria, que se adaptará según la marca a que se vincule el evento. Los criterios son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Repercusión mediática total del evento &lt;em&gt;(inversión publicitaria –a precio de tarifa oficial- y clipping)&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Repercusión mediática en medios nacionales e internacionales del evento &lt;em&gt;(inversión publicitaria –a precio de tarifa oficial- y clipping). Fuera de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El presupuesto total destinado a la ejecución del evento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Además, todos los eventos tendrán que cumplir al menos dos de las siguientes medidas de sostenibilidad que se acreditarán en la justificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Plan de reciclaje y clasificación de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Uso de elementos biodegradables, sostenibles o elementos multiuso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Uso de energías renovables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Ahorro en el consumo de agua y electricidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Utilizar la digitalización en lugar de la impresión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) Desarrollar acciones para favorecer y promover la movilidad sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) Ambiente inclusivo (accesibilidad universal de los participantes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) Uso de productos locales, ecológicos, de temporada, tradicionales de las islas y/o de comercio justo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;i) Contratación de empresas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;j) Medidas sostenibles de protección de los recursos naturales. Protección de la flora y/o la fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;k) Actividades directas con los participantes de concienciación sobre la sostenibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;l) Destinar como mínimo un 3% de la recaudación del evento a proyectos de carácter ambiental, sostenible, cultural y/o social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;m) Medidas destinadas al fomento de la igualdad y la integración social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de no poder justificar las dos medidas exigidas, no se abonará la cuantía del patrocinio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2 Exclusiones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.- Proyectos y acciones que no se puedan clasificar como un evento singular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.- Ferias, mercados, jornadas, encuentros, conferencias, congresos, simposios y foros, exposiciones, talleres, workshops, fam-trips, press-trips o acciones similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.- Patrocinios a Clubes Deportivos, cuando éstos tengan la finalidad de patrocinar el equipo o equipos que forman parte del Club.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.- Equipos deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.- Torneos y campeonatos deportivos que no tengan como objeto principal de la competición la categoría absoluta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6.- Torneos y campeonatos de los siguientes deportes: fútbol, baloncesto, fútbol americano, y rugby.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7.- Eventos que no cumplan los requisitos mínimos y condiciones establecidos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.- Entidades u organismos públicos en general, y más concretamente los que pertenecen al Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, los Consells Insulars y Ayuntamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;9.- Las entidades que no estén al corriente del pago de las obligaciones económicas contraídas con la AETIB, al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la CAIB, con el Estado y/o con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;10.- Las entidades que no hayan cumplido las obligaciones propias de los beneficiarios de subvenciones o patrocinios concedidos por la AETIB en convocatorias anteriores y más concretamente las relacionadas con la justificación. Quedan excluidos de esta convocatoria, aquellos eventos que no hayan logrado la totalidad de la cuantía a justificar en alguna de las dos anualidades anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;11.- Eventos que ya hayan obtenido algún patrocinio/colaboración/subvención por parte de la AETIB para la misma edición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. PRINCIPIOS GENERALES DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta convocatoria pública se lleva a cabo en base a los principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad y eficiencia para el desarrollo del objeto del evento que mejore la competitividad turística de las Islas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta convocatoria parte de la base que son los promotores del evento los que asumen la organización y sus costes. Por eso, &lt;/span&gt;solicitan una aportación para dar soporte al evento, puesto que consideran que tiene repe&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;rcusión turística y que la aportación pública mejora la rentabilidad, en concepto de imagen y notoriedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. PRESUPUESTO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La presente convocatoria tiene un presupuesto máximo de 420.000 € (impuestos incluidos) financiados de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Un importe máximo de 320.000 € (impuestos incluidos) con fondos del Impuesto de Turismo Sostenible (ITS 2019) dentro del PROGRAMA 1. Posicionamiento de las marcas turísticas Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera del proyecto denominado &lt;em&gt;“Mejora de la competitividad del sector turístico de las Islas Baleares, mediante el posicionamiento de los valores de las marcas turísticas Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera, el desarrollo del talento, el conocimiento y la creación de producto”&lt;/em&gt;. Por este motivo, las marcas de destino que se insertarán en las publicaciones, emisiones, publicidad y acciones promocionales tendrán que ir siempre vinculadas a la marca de ITS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Un importe máximo de 100.000 € (impuestos incluidos) con fondos propios de la AETIB a cargo del Capítulo VI –Inversiones reales- al presupuesto para el ejercicio 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

(Se tiene que acreditar que como mínimo un 30% del presupuesto total del evento se destina a acciones que se desarrollan en cada una de las islas.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;*Impuestos incluidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las entidades privadas interesadas en participar en esta convocatoria podrán solicitar un patrocinio dentro de los límites establecidos en la tabla superior, de acuerdo con la isla/islas con la cual se vincula el evento a desarrollar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1 Territorialización&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para cumplir con la territorialización entre islas, se dedicará un porcentaje mínimo a los eventos por isla, de acuerdo con el siguiente cuadro:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El plazo para poder presentar las solicitudes permanecerá abierto hasta día 20 de marzo de 2020. Una vez finalizado el plazo se valorarán los eventos presentados por orden de entrada en el registro de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de que, una vez abiertas todas las solicitudes, no se hubieran solicitado suficientes patrocinios hasta agotar los porcentajes por islas, el presupuesto no adjudicado se destinará a los eventos solicitantes, al margen de esta territorialización, por orden de entrada a la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. ÁMBITO SUBJETIVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de esta convocatoria pública las personas jurídicas privadas organizadoras de los eventos presentados que se ajusten al objeto y cumplan los requisitos de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En esta convocatoria, una misma entidad puede presentar hasta 2 eventos por marca vinculada, pero nunca más de una empresa o entidad podrá solicitar patrocinios para el mismo evento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supuesto que dos entidades diferentes soliciten el patrocinio para un mismo evento, tan sólo se valorará la primera de las propuestas presentadas, según el registro de entrada a la AETIB, mientras que la otra propuesta quedará excluida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supuesto de entidades que gestionen varios eventos, tienen que presentar una solicitud para cada uno de los eventos para los que soliciten el patrocinio, excepto si éstos conforman un programa único de varias actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. PLAZO Y LUGAR DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La convocatoria para la presentación de los eventos permanecerá abierta desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta resolución en el BOIB, hasta el &lt;/span&gt;día &lt;strong&gt;20 de marzo de 2020.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aunque el plazo de presentación es cerrado, los expedientes se irán resolviendo de acuerdo con la fecha de entrada en el registro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El lugar de presentación será el registro de la AETIB (Edificio AETIB C/ Rita Levi s/n -Parc Bit- 07121 Palma) o los lugares previstos en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015. En este último supuesto, se debe enviar el mismo día una copia de la solicitud en la que conste el registro de entrada, y así justificar la fecha de envío de la solicitud dentro del plazo establecido. La dirección de envío es: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;juridico@aetib.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;. En &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;caso de no recibir este justificante en la dirección electrónica mencionada en tiempo y forma, el evento quedará excluido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se aceptarán como entrada las solicitudes o documentación que hayan sido enviadas mediante correo electrónico a cualquiera de las direcciones de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. SOLICITUD Y FORMA DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los solicitantes deben utilizar los modelos que se adjuntan a estos pliegos y que se describen a continuación. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La solicitud debe ir acompañada de dos sobres cerrados e independientes (uno para la documentación administrativa, y otro para la documentación técnica). Se ha de identificar en el exterior de cada sobre: nombre y apellidos o razón social, número de teléfono, dirección electrónica, y nombre del evento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.1. Solicitud de patrocinio (ANEXO A1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se realizará mediante solicitud dirigida a la presidencia de la AETIB siguiendo el modelo de ANEXO A1&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Formulario de solicitud, contenido en estos pliegos, en el cual debe hacerse constar lo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Nombre comercial de la entidad privada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Documentación Administrativa (sobre 1): Documentación relacionada con la entidad solicitante &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de persones físicas y&amp;nbsp; jurídicas españolas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En virtud del Decreto 6/2013, de 8 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos, las entidades que hayan formado parte de un proceso selectivo en la AETIB pueden presentar&amp;nbsp; al Anexo D que se adjunta en el que se ha de indicar el número de expediente donde se encuentra la documentación administrativa, siempre que esta no haya sufrido modificación o la documentación presentada no haya finalizado su vigencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El resto de&amp;nbsp; documentación que a continuación se relaciona se ha de presentar también en el sobre 1:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable de no incurrir en las prohibiciones para contratar con la administración según e&lt;/span&gt;l artículo 71 del LCSP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta&amp;nbsp; declaración&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; responsable, o en otro documento, ha de incluir la manifestación expresa que la empresa no incurre en ninguno de los supuestos de hecho a que se refiere la Ley 2/1996, de 19 de noviembre, de incompatibilidades de los miembros del Gobierno y de los altos cargos de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aportar una declaración responsable acreditando las razones técnicas o artísticas o los motivos por los que&amp;nbsp; tan solo se pueda encomendar a un empresario o determinado por justificar la no competencia por razones técnicas de conformidad con lo establecido en&amp;nbsp; el articulo 168.a.2 de la Ley 9/2017 de contratos del sector público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acreditación conforme se está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Administración autonómica, Estatal y la Seguridad Social, emitidas por los organismos competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable conforme se está al corriente de pagos con&amp;nbsp; la AETIB así como de la justificación de contratos de patrocinio anteriores con la AETIB. Esta declaración será comprobada de oficio por el área de contabilidad de la AETIB. En el caso que se constate la existencia de deudas pendientes o la incorrecta justificación sin renuncia expresa previa al inicio del período de justificación, se considerará motivo de exclusión de la participación en la convocatoria de patrocinio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable en que se hagan constar si ha recibido y/o solicitado ayudas o colaboraciones de instituciones públicas o privadas para realizar el evento en el que podrá colaborar la AETIB y las cantidades económicas, si se conocen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable conforme la entidad no tiene expediente sancionador abierto con una administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acreditación conforme el evento este avalado por corporaciones locales, insulares, autonómicas, nacionales o internacionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documento acreditativo de estar de alta&amp;nbsp; en el DRIAT (declaración responsable de inicio de actividad turística), en el caso&amp;nbsp; de que la entidad este obligada&lt;/span&gt;, en caso contrario se deberá aportar declaración responsable de este extremo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de personas jurídicas no españolas con actividad en España:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supuesto que la entidad pertenezca a un Estado miembro de la UE, la capacidad jurídica de la empresa se acreditará mediante la presentación de constitución de la entidad de acuerdo con la normativa de su país, haciendo&amp;nbsp; constar los estatutos de la misma y la acreditación correspondiente, así como fotocopia compulsada del CIF, ambos traducidos por interprete jurado o traducción oficial y apostilla&amp;nbsp; de acuerdo con&amp;nbsp; el convenio de la Haya de 1961.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso que la entidad pertenezca a un Estado que no se miembro de la UE, la capacidad jurídica de la entidad se acreditara, mediante la documentación relativa a la sucursal o filial en España de la entidad, debidamente&amp;nbsp; inscrita en el registro correspondiente y fotocopia compulsada del CIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cualquiera de los dos casos anteriores, se habrá de acreditar la capacidad de la persona que representa la entidad solicitante legalmente para actuar en su nombre, así mismo se ha de presentar una copia compulsada de su pasaporte/DNI/NIE, traducidos por&amp;nbsp; intérprete jurado o mediante traducción oficial y apostillada de acuerdo con el convenio de la Haya de 1961.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las empresas no españolas de Estados miembros de la Unión Europea y los&amp;nbsp; restantes empresarios extranjero han de acreditar la documentación que se detalla:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Testimonio judicial, certificación administrativa o declaración responsable, de no incurrir en las prohibiciones para contratar con la administración según el ordenamiento jurídico español y por analogía con el ordenamiento del Estado al que pertenece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta declaración responsable u otro documento ha de incluir la manifestación expresa de que la empresa no incurre en ninguno de los&amp;nbsp; supuestos a los que se refiere la Ley 2/1996, de 19 de noviembre, de incompatibilidades de los miembros del Gobierno y de los altos cargos de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable en qué se hagan constar si han recibido y/o solicitado ayudas o colaboraciones de instituciones públicas o privadas para realizar el evento con el que podrá colaborar la AETIB y las cantidades si se conocen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Copia del alta de la declaración censal, del inicio de actividad y alta del impuesto de actividades económicas, si el&amp;nbsp; caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acreditación que la sucursal/filial, está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarías con la Administración autonómica, estatal i la Seguridad Social, mediante la presentación de la certificación oportuna, emitida por el&amp;nbsp; órgano competente. En caso que se trate de un agente autorizado para actuar en nombre de la entidad no residente que opere mediante una oficina de representación, habrá de aportar la correspondiente certificación acreditativa de estar al corriente del pago con la Administración del Estado, la autonómica y la Seguridad Social, emitida por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable conforme se está al corriente de pago con la AETIB así como de la justificación de contratos de patrocinio anteriores con la AETIB. Esta declaración será comprobada de oficio por el área de contabilidad de la AETIB. En el caso que se constate la existencia de deudas pendientes o la incorrecta justificación sin renuncia expresa previa al inicio del período de justificación, se considerara motivo de exclusión de la participación en la convocatoria de patrocinio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acreditación conforme el evento está avalado por corporaciones locales, insulares, autonómicas, nacionales o internacionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En virtud del Decreto 6/2013, de 8 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos, las entidades que hayan formado parte de un proceso selectivo en la AETIB pueden presentar&amp;nbsp; al Anexo D que se adjunta en el que se ha de indicar el número de expediente donde se encuentra la documentación administrativa, siempre que esta no haya sufrido modificación o la documentación presentada no haya finalizado su vigencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El sobre 1 de "documentación administrativa" será el único en el caso que una misma entidad presente diferentes propuestas técnicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.3. Documentación técnica (sobre 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los solicitantes deberán entregar la siguiente documentación en soporte impreso y digital (en formato PDF i Word):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- ANEXO A2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; resumen de la propuesta técnica cumplimentada y firmada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Plan &lt;/span&gt;de &lt;em&gt;marketing&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; y comunicación previsto para la edición que se solicita patrocinio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asimismo se podrá entregar cualquier documentación complementaria a su propuesta técnica que consideren de interés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- ANEXO A4:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; información y estructura de contenidos necesaria para la comunicación del evento a &lt;/span&gt;los medios de comunicación de l'AETIB.&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Dentro de este apartado se incluyen imágenes y vídeos sugeridos para su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Debido a la diversidad de los eventos que se pueden patrocinar, la definición o la versión definitiva de los contenidos y el alcance de su publicación en medios de la AETIB y del propio patrocinado, se fijarán una vez realizada la reunión de valoración (apartado 7.2 del anexo A) y previo a la firma del contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; PROCEDIMIENTO ADMINISTRATIVO PARA LA FORMALIZACIÓN DE LOS PATROCINIOS PRIVADOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La tramitación administrativa para la formalización de los contratos de patrocinio se realizará de acuerdo con lo establecido en &lt;/span&gt;la Instrucción 2/2018 del director gerente de la ATB (actual AETIB) por la cual se establece la regulación específica i tramitación de los expedientes de los contratos privados de patrocinio que formalice la ATB (actual AETIB) de 5 de abril de 2018, con la ratificación previa del consejo de dirección de la ATB (actual AETIB) de 5 de abril de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caos que la solicitud de patrocinio sea por un importe inferior a 14.999,99 € (impuestos excluidos), es decir, 18.149,98€ (impuestos incluidos) se procederá de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo &lt;/span&gt;118 de LCSP y la Instrucción 1/2019, del director de la AETIB, per la cual se establece la regulación específica y la tramitación de los expedientes de los contratos menores que formalice la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso que la solicitud de patrocinio sea por un importe igual o superior a 18.149,98&lt;/span&gt;€ (impuestos incluidos), se procederá de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Instrucción 2/2018 del director gerente de la ATB (actual AETIB) per la cual se establece la regulación específica y la tramitación de los expedientes de los contratos privados de patrocinio que formalice la ATB (actual AETIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En este caso se deberá aportar por parte del solicitante una declaración responsable que acredite las razones técnicas o artísticas o los motivos por los cuales sólo puede encargarse a un empresario determinado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El área/técnico asignado al expediente se encargará de la revisión de las propuestas técnicas, para determinar el cumplimiento o no de los requisitos técnicos exigidos de acuerdo con lo establecido en estos pliegos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquellos expedientes que necesiten valoración, junto con el área/técnico asignado&amp;nbsp; y un representante de la dirección de la AETIB, se podrá invitar a un representante del Consell Insular que se determinará en función de las características del evento presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1 FASE ADMINISTRATIVA: revisión de la documentación administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de las propuestas, el departamento jurídico de la AETIB examinará la documentación administrativa correspondiente al sobre número 1 según el orden de registro de entrada en la AETIB de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de que sea necesaria la subsanación de algún documento de carácter administrativo, la dirección de la AETIB requerirá a la entidad interesada la documentación administrativa que falte, concediéndole un plazo de 3 días naturales para la presentación de la documentación requerida, con la advertencia expresa que, en caso de no hacerlo así, se considerará desistida y se archivará su solicitud, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El requerimiento de la documentación se realizará por medios electrónicos, de manera que quedará constancia en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2 FASE TÉCNICA: revisión de la documentación técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez finalizada la revisión de la documentación administrativa, el órgano de contratación designará al área/técnico encargado de la revisión de la propuesta técnica, para determinar el cumplimiento o no de los requisitos técnicos exigidos de acuerdo con lo que se establece en estos pliegos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el caso de que el importe solicitado sea igual o superior a 14.999,99 € (impuestos excluidos), es decir, 18.149,98€ (impuestos incluidos), el&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; área/técnico asignado al expediente llevará a cabo la revisión de la propuesta técnica, para determinar el cumplimiento o no de los requisitos técnicos exigidos de acuerdo con lo que se establece en estos pliegos. Tal y como recoge la &lt;/span&gt;Instrucción 2/2018, se realizará un pliego específico de patrocinio en función del evento a patrocinar, en el cual deberán quedar recogidas las contraprestaciones que se propone que reciba la AETIB en función del importe que se solicita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso que en la documentación técnica se detecten deficiencias, se requerirá para su subsanación, la cual se deberá realizar en el plazo de 3 días naturales. En el caso que la subsanación no sea correcta, o que no se subsane la documentación requerida por el área/técnico asignado, la solicitud se excluirá del procedimiento de contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El requerimiento de la documentación se realizará por medios electrónicos, de manera que quedará constancia en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez revisado por el área/técnico que la propuesta se ajusta a los pliegos de la convocatoria, se convocará al patrocinado, si es el caso, para una reunión previa a la adjudicación y formalización del contrato, en la cual se tratarán, entre otros asuntos, las contraprestaciones propuestas que recibirá la AETIB, el importe solicitado y la repercusión de la presencia de las marcas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En esta reunión, la dirección de la AETIB valorará el patrocinio solicitado, con relación al importe y a las contraprestaciones ofrecidas por la entidad privada. En esta reunión también participará el área económica y jurídica de la AETIB. El área/técnico responsable de la revisión de la propuesta deberá ser informado de los acuerdos, que dejará reflejados en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.3 ADJUDICACIÓN Y FORMALIZACIÓN: del patrocinio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en las instrucciones internas mencionadas, el órgano de contratación realizará la adjudicación del contrato privado, y posterior formalización del contrato en el cual constarán las obligaciones de ambas partes, las contraprestaciones que recibirá finalmente la AETIB, y la forma de justificar el patrocino en función de las características del evento. En el contrato constará expresamente la cesión a la AETIB de las imágenes del evento para usos no comerciales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asimismo, en el caso de que la adjudicación fuese superior a 14.999,99 €, se deberá&amp;nbsp; publicar en el portal de contratación de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Este contrato deberá firmarse en el plazo máximo de un mes desde la adjudicación del contrato, y siempre antes del inicio del evento. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso contrario, la AETIB podrá &lt;/span&gt;resolver&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; no llevarlo a término. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El patrocinado facilitará el seguimiento y control del contrato firmado y, concretamente, de la presencia de las marcas en la acción patrocinada. Por tanto, se ha de reflejar la presencia de la marca/logotipo de ambas entidades en todos los medios y materiales correspondientes a la organización de las diferentes acciones y actos previstos en el evento y que se establezcan al contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las imágenes de la entidad, de las marcas de destino, de ITS y de la AETIB podrán figurar, tanto en los elementos de promoción previa al evento, como en los de la promoción que se llevará a cabo durante el desarrollo de éste, o en la repercusión posterior en los diferentes medios de comunicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; CONTRAPRESTACIÓN PARA LA AETIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La AETIB y la entidad privada formalizarán un contrato de patrocinio privado en el cual se regulará su presencia en todos los medios y materiales correspondientes a la organización de las diferentes acciones y actos previstos en el evento, como: invitaciones, inserciones publicitarias, paneles u otros elementos promocionales confeccionados con motivo del evento presentado, en los cuales se citará la colaboración de las entidades firmantes y reflejarán sus respectivos logotipos corporativos y marcas promocionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La entidad solicitante de patrocinio deberá especificar en la memoria que presente con la solicitud, cuáles serían las contraprestaciones/acciones donde estarán presentes las marcas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asimismo, están obligados a invitar a la dirección de la AETIB a los actos de apertura y cierre del evento, ruedas de prensa, presentaciones y similares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El uso de las marcas/logo de la AETIB se ajustará a lo establecido en las &lt;em&gt;Directrices sobre el uso de las &lt;/em&gt;marcas (&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO A6)&lt;/strong&gt; que formarán parte del contrato. Si surgiese cualquier duda, se deberá contactar con el departamento de Imagen y Publicaciones de la AETIB &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;ip@aetib.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todas las creatividades deberán integrar las siguientes marcas/menciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;ITS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Marca de destino&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Los logotipos que determine la AETIB según corresponda (GOIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En los casos que sea posible, previa a la publicación del material gráfico/emisión del material audiovisual, se supervisará por parte del área de Imagen y Publicaciones de la AETIB la ubicación de las marcas/logotipos y los borradores de diseño, dando conformidad. En caso de no remitir el material al área de Imagen y Publicaciones, será la entidad colaboradora quién asuma la responsabilidad del mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso que la AETIB comunicase discrepancias respecto a la aplicación de sus marcas/logo, la entidad solicitante de patrocinio se compromete a realizar las actuaciones necesarias de alteración o rectificación de la presencia de la marca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de no cumplir con las &lt;em&gt;Directrices &lt;/em&gt;establecidas por parte de la AETIB, la acción publicitaria/promocional no se tendrá en cuenta a efectos de justificación, y por tanto como repercusión mediática del evento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. JUSTIFICACIÓN Y PAGO DEL EVENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La justificación técnica del evento deberá presentarse con anterioridad a la presentación de la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La aportación de la AETIB se hará efectiva una vez finalizado el evento objeto del patrocinio, y previa presentación por parte de la entidad privada de una memoria justificativa del evento realizado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La entidad privada deberá acreditar en cualquier caso el cumplimiento de las condiciones económicas y relativas a la presencia de las marcas mediante: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A- En soporte papel: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANEXO A5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; “Relación detallada del gasto efectivamente efectuado del evento” y declaración responsable&lt;/span&gt; confiriendo &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;veracidad a los datos aportados, firmado por el responsable legal de la entidad.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANEXO A3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; "Relación de documentación entregada" cumplimentado y firmado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B.- En soporte digital: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANEXO A5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; “Relación detallada del gasto efectivamente efectuado del evento” y declaración responsable confiriendo veracidad a los datos aportados, firmado por el responsable legal de la entidad (en formato PDF).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANEXO A3 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;"Relación de documentación entregada" cumplimentado (en formato Excel)&amp;nbsp; y firmado (en formato PDF).&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Un dosier explicativo y justificativo que incluya:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Reportaje fotográfico (preferiblemente en alta resolución) del evento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) El material gráfico y audiovisual (preferiblemente en alta resolución) realizado durante el desarrollo del evento patrocinado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Medidas de sostenibilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Resumen de la repercusión mediática: &lt;em&gt;Clipping &lt;/em&gt;con valor económico equivalente e inversión publicitaria a medios (impresos, audiovisuales y online) –a precio de tarifa oficial- con el valor económico equivalente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sólo se tendrán en cuenta las justificaciones publicadas/emitidas desde el 1 de enero de 2020 hasta la entrega de la documentación justificativa, siempre que vayan dirigidas a promocionar el evento patrocinado y cumplan con las &lt;em&gt;Directrices sobre el uso de las marcas&lt;/em&gt;/logo de la AETIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los patrocinados deberán numerar cada acción promocional/publicitaria que presenten. También deberán hacer corresponder la misma numeración con la documentación acreditativa relativa al concepto descrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La &lt;/span&gt;repercusión mediática se contabilizará de la siguiente forma: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para todos los soportes/medios independientemente de su cobertura: se tendrá en cuenta el 100% del valor de tarifa oficial impuestos no incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— La repercusión mediática del evento se divide en:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Soportes/medios nacionales e internacionales del evento &lt;em&gt;(inversión publicitaria –a precio de tarifa oficial- y clipping). &lt;/em&gt;Repercusión fuera de las Islas Baleares (también se incluye la local fuera del territorio de las islas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Soportes/medios locales/autonómicos de las Islas Baleares &lt;em&gt;(inversión publicitaria –a precio de tarifa oficial-y clipping). &lt;/em&gt;Repercusión en les Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Sólo se tendrán en cuenta las acciones que cumplan con las &lt;em&gt;Directrices sobre el uso de las marcas de AETIB &lt;/em&gt;(Anexo A6).&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de no cumplir con las &lt;em&gt;Directrices&lt;/em&gt; establecidas por parte de la AETIB, la acción publicitaria/promocional no se tendrá en cuenta a efectos de justificación, y por tanto, como repercusión mediática del evento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por tanto, dependiendo de la marca a la que se vincule el evento, se deberán justificar los mínimos establecidos en relación a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Repercusión mediática total del evento &lt;em&gt;(inversión publicitaria –a precio de tarifa oficial- y clipping)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Repercusión mediática en medios nacionales e internacionales del evento &lt;em&gt;(inversión publicitaria –a precio de tarifa oficial-y clipping). Fuera de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Coste efectivo total de la ejecución del evento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de que el importe otorgado fuese menor que el máximo estipulado en la tabla, los importes mínimos a justificar se adecuarían de forma proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El valor económico de la repercusión mediática del patrocinio ha de ser igual o superior a la cantidad mínima estipulada según el importe adjudicado. Esta valoración se hará sobre el precio de tarifa oficial impuestos no incluidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de no alcanzar los mínimos establecidos, se estipula el siguiente procedimiento: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Justificar correctamente hasta el 80% de los mínimos exigidos: se abonará la parte proporcional en relación al importe adjudicado, más impuestos (a precio de tarifa oficial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Justificar menos del 80% de los mínimos exigidos: no se abonará ninguna cantidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se procederá al pago al patrocinado hasta que no se haya cumplido con la presentación de la justificación y ésta haya sido conformada por la AETIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La justificación se deberá presentar en el registro de la AETIB o en los lugares previstos en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, en los &lt;strong&gt;90 días naturales posteriores&lt;/strong&gt; a la finalización del evento. En el caso que se incumpla este plazo, el patrocinio de la AETIB quedará sin efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de que se detecten deficiencias en la documentación justificativa entregada, se&amp;nbsp; requerirá al solicitante del patrocinio para su subsanación, la cual se deberá realizar en el plazo de 10 días naturales. Este procedimiento se hará por medios electrónicos, de manera que quedará constancia en el expediente. En caso de que la subsanación no sea correcta o no se subsane la documentación requerida por el área/técnico asignado, se procederá a la valoración de la repercusión mediática con la información de que disponga el técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La AETIB se reserva la potestad de realizar &lt;em&gt;a posteriori&lt;/em&gt; una comprobación de la justificación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En todo caso, la forma de presentar la justificación de las acciones realizadas se incluirá en el contrato que se formalice, adaptándolo a la tipología del evento a realizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La aceptación del patrocinio implica que el material gráfico, fotográfico y audiovisual presentado en las justificaciones, podrá ser empleado por la AETIB pera su difusión y uso en actividades estratégicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Además, todos los eventos deberán cumplir al menos dos de las siguientes medidas de sostenibilidad, que se acreditarán en la justificación:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Plan de reciclaje y clasificación de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Uso de elementos biodegradables, sostenibles o elementos multiuso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Uso de energías renovables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ahorro en el consumo de agua y electricidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Utilizar la digitalización en lugar de la impresión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Desarrollar acciones para favorecer y promover la movilidad sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ambiente inclusivo (accesibilidad universal de los participantes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Uso de productos locales, ecológicos, de temporada, tradicionales de las islas y/o de comercio justo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Contratación de empresas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Medidas sostenibles de protección de los recursos naturales. Protección de la flora y/o la fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Actividades directas con los participantes de concienciación sobre la sostenibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Destinar como mínimo un 3% de la recaudación del evento a proyectos de carácter ambiental, sostenible, cultural y/o social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Medidas destinadas al fomento de la igualdad y la integración social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de no poder justificar las dos medidas exigidas, no se abonará la cantidad del patrocinio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez validada la justificación técnica, el área/técnico encargado del seguimiento del evento lo comunicará al adjudicatario para la presentación de la factura correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. SUSPENSIÓN DEL PATROCINIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serán causas de suspensión del patrocinio de la AETIB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La falsedad de los datos aportados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La extinción de la personalidad jurídica de cualquiera de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El acuerdo mutuo de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El incumplimiento total o parcial de todas o alguna de las condiciones generales y particulares pactadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La realización por parte del patrocinado, de actuaciones que, a juicio de la AETIB, sean contrarias a los objetivos y finalidad de la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No entregar, o entregar fuera de plazo, la documentación justificativa del patrocinio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.&amp;nbsp; PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De conformidad con la LO 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personal y garantía de derechos digitales, los solicitantes quedan informados y aceptan la incorporación de los datos que faciliten al fichero que cree la AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las entidades solicitantes están obligadas al cumplimiento de lo establecido por la LOPD, en relación a los datos personales a los cuales tenga acceso durante la vigencia de los contratos que se realicen en desarrollo y ejecución de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12. CONFIDENCIALIDAD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cualquier información confidencial revelada por la AETIB a la entidad con la cual se formalicen eventos objeto de esta convocatoria durante su vigencia, se mantendrá con carácter estrictamente confidencial para el receptor, que se comprometerá a utilizar esta información únicamente para la finalidad para la cual le fue revelada por el emisor, excepto imperativo legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El receptor protegerá la información confidencial del emisor contra cualquier uso no autorizado o revelación a terceros, de la misma manera que protege su información confidencial. El acceso a esta información quedará restringido sólo a aquellos empleados de la entidad colaboradora que deban conocerlo para cumplir con el evento a desarrollar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13. LENGUAS DE USO EN ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Toda la documentación administrativa y técnica que debe presentarse en esta convocatoria &lt;/span&gt;ha de ser en una de las dos lenguas oficiales de la CAIB. En caso que la justificación (certificados de emisión, entre otros) se entregue en un idioma diferente de los oficiales de la CAIB,&amp;nbsp; se deberá aportar una traducción jurada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;14. RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con la Instrucción 2/2018, como regla general la ATB (actual AETIB) considera a los patrocinios como contratos privados, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 26.2 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre de contratos del sector público, y por éste se ha de regir en cuanto a la preparación y adjudicación, en defecto de normas específicas, por la Sección 1y 2 del Capítulo I del Título I del Libro II de esta ley, y en las disposiciones de desarrollo, aplicándose supletoriamente las restantes normas de derecho administrativo o, si es el caso, las normas de derecho privado, según corresponda por razón del sujeto o entidad contratante. En cuanto a sus efectos y extinción, se regirá por el derecho privado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
