&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento:&lt;/strong&gt; Modificación de crédito (Expdte. 01/20) de suplementos de crédito financiados con cargo al Fondo de Contingencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 169.1, por remisión del 177.2 del RD Leg. 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, al no haberse presentado alegaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el acuerdo plenario de aprobación inicial adoptado el día 30 de Enero de 2020, sobre el expediente de modificación de créditos núm. 01/2020, de suplementos de crédito, financiados con cargo al Fondo de Contingencia, que se hace público resumido por capítulos&lt;strong&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Además, queda acreditado el cumplimiento de los requisitos que establece el artículo 37.2, apartados a) y b), del Capítulo I del Título VI de la Ley 39/1988, de 28 de diciembre, Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, en materia de presupuestos, desarrollado por Real Decreto 500/1990, de 20 de abril, que son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) El carácter específico y determinado del gasto a realizar y la imposibilidad de demorarlo a ejercicios posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) La insuficiencia en el estado de gastos del Presupuesto de crédito destinado a esa finalidad específica, que deberá verificarse en el nivel en que esté establecida la vinculación jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el art. 171 del RD Leg. 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, los interesados ​​podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de dicha jurisdicción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin perjuicio de lo expuesto, de conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 171.3 del RD Leg. 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, la interposición de este recurso no suspenderá por sí misma la efectividad del acto o acuerdo impugnado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
