    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;BARCELONA TRANSPORT, S.L. es concesionaria del lote 3 del Servicio de transporte regular de uso general de viajeros por carretera de Mallorca, en virtud del contrato formalizado con el Consorcio de Transportes de Mallorca (CTM) el 19 de noviembre de 2019. Este contrato incluye la obligación de BARCELONA TRANSPORT, S.L. de construir, en calidad de promotor, una cochera y taller en el polígono de Felanitx. La construcción de esta infraestructura debe completarse y recibirse antes de la fecha de inicio del servicio que es el 8 de noviembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Para la construcción de esta infraestructura, BARCELONA TRANSPORT, S.L. contratará los servicios de una empresa constructora mediante un contrato privado que se someterá a un procedimiento de licitación regido por los principios de libertad de acceso a la licitación, publicidad y transparencia de los procedimientos y no discriminación e igualdad de trato entre los candidatos, de conformidad con lo establecido en la cláusula 3.4.4 Cocheras y talleres del lote 3 del Pliego de Cláusulas para la licitación del contrato de concesión de servicio público de transporte regular y de uso general de viajeros por carretera de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º.- Promotor:&lt;/strong&gt; BARCELONA TRANSPORT, S.L.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º.- Objeto del Contrato:&lt;/strong&gt; Ejecución del contrato de obras de “Construcción de la cochera de autobuses de Felanitx incluida en el contrato de concesión de servicios de transporte público regular de viajeros de uso general de Mallorca, recogidas en el proyecto “MODIFICADO Nº 1. PROYECTO CONSTRUCTIVO DE LA COCHERA Y TALLER DE FELANTIX PARA EL LOTE 3 DE LA RED DE AUTOBUSES TIB” de febrero de 2020 redactado per Carlos Barat Baviera, Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Plazo de ejecución del contrato: 180 días naturales con posibilidad de reducción por oferta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Naturaleza jurídica: contrato privado de obras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- División por lotes: No&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3º.- Procedimiento y forma de adjudicación&lt;/strong&gt;: Procedimiento abierto con diversidad de criterios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4º.- Presupuesto:&lt;/strong&gt; 2.492.497,65 € IVA excluido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5º.- Valor estimado del contrato&lt;/strong&gt;: 2.866.372,30 € IVA excluido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6º.- Garantía provisional:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;40.900 €&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7º.- Garantía definitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;: 5 % del importe de adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las empresas interesadas en participar en la licitación podrán efectuar consultas sobre el procedimiento o sobre la documentación facilitada hasta 7 días naturales antes del fin del plazo de presentación de ofertas.
