&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. A través de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 7 de junio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 78/2019, de 13 de junio) se convocó un concurso&amp;nbsp; oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de facultativo/facultativa especialista de área (FEA) de neurología en el sector sanitario Ibiza. Esta convocatoria desarrolla la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 12 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 48/2019, de 13 de abril) por la que se convocó un concurso oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de FEA en diversas especialidades, y que estableció las bases comunes que rigen, en régimen descentralizado por sectores sanitarios, las pruebas selectivas de este proceso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Que ambas resoluciones aplican lo que disponen los acuerdos del Consejo de Gobierno de 27 de enero de 2017 (BOIB núm. 12/2017, de 28 de enero) y de 22 de diciembre de 2017 (BOIB núm. 157/2017, de 23 de diciembre) que aprueban la oferta de ocupación pública del personal estatutario del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares para el año 2017, y que fueron modificadas por los acuerdos de 8 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 72/2018, de 12 de junio) y de 21 de diciembre de 2018 (BOIB núm. 160/2018, de 22 de diciembre).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Con la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 17 de enero de 2020 (BOIB núm. 11/2020, de 25 de enero) se aprobaron las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas de este concurso oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Ha finalizado el plazo para presentar reclamaciones o para subsanar los defectos detectados en las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5. De conformidad con la base 4.3 de la convocatoria, una vez finalizado el plazo para presentar alegaciones o para subsanar errores, el director&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;general del Servicio de Salud ha de dictar una resolución para aprobar las listas definitivas de personas candidatas y de personas excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Aprobar las listas definitivas de personas candidatas y de personas excluidas del concurso oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de neurología en el sector sanitario Ibiza, convocado a través de la Resolución a la que se refiere el punto 1 del apartado “Hechos y fundamentos de derecho”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en la página web del Servicio de Salud &lt;em&gt;(&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/em&gt; y en el tablón de anuncios de los Servicios Centrales del Servicio de Salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
