    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La alcaldesa-presidenta de este Ayuntamiento en fecha de hoy, veinticinco de febrero de dos mil veinte, ha resuelto literalmente lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"Visto que en sesión ordinaria de fecha 16 de diciembre de 2019, el Pleno de este Ayuntamiento aprobó inicialmente el presupuesto y la plantilla del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí para el ejercicio 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que se expuso al público sin que se presentara ninguna reclamación ni sugerencia y que se publicó el texto íntegro en el BOIB núm. 11, de 25 de enero de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y visto que se ha detectado un error de trascripción, en virtud del artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, en el que se establece que &lt;em&gt;"Las Administraciones Públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos",&lt;/em&gt; se procede a rectificar este error.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Rectificar el punto de la plantilla de personal del presupuesto del ejercicio 2020 que seguidamente se dirá y en la forma que se indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
