&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;El día 15 de enero de 2020, el Ayuntamiento de Palma presentó a la Dirección General de Movilidad y Transporte Terrestre una solicitud de informe técnico para la Comisión de Precios, en relación con la revisión de las nuevas tarifas del billete sencillo ordinario y del bono de 10 viajes en el servicio de transporte público de autobús urbano de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;El día 23 de enero de 2020, se solicitó al Ayuntamiento de Palma la correción del estudio económico aportado y, en fecha 7 de febrero de 2020, la directora del Area económica de la EMT- Palma presentó, ante el Consorcio de Transportes de Mallorca, el estudio económico con las enmiendas y la información solicitadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;El día 14 de febrero de 2020, los técnicos &amp;nbsp;de gestión económica del Consorcio de Transportes de Mallorca emitieron un informe técnico favorable a la propuesta de revisión de las tarifas de la EMT aprobadas por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Palma en sesión de 19 de diciembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;La Comisión de Precios de las Illes Balears, en la sesión del día 19 de febrero de 2020, examinó el expediente y adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;Dictaminar favorablemente sobre la revisión de las tarifas solicitada por el Ayuntamiento de Palma en relación con los servicios de transporte urbano de viajeros en autobús, que será de aplicación desde el 1 de marzo de 2020, y que es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;Publicar la resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;Informar de que la resolución entrará en vigor el día siguiente al de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;Manifestar la conformidad con la propuesta de resolución y dictar resolución en los mismos términos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda en el plazo de un mes contado desde el día siguiente al de la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: normal"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente al de la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
