    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto lo establecido en el artículo 2 del Reglamento de funcionamiento de las comisiones técnicas asesoras en materia de Urbanismo y Ordenación del Territorio y Patrimonio Histórico del Consell Insular de Menorca, en relación con la composición y procedimiento de nombramiento de sus miembros;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el Pleno, en sesión extraordinaria del día 22 de julio de 2019, acordó que la Comisión Técnica Asesora en materia de Patrimonio Histórico estaría integrada por un/a presidente/a, un/a vicepresidente/a y diecinueve vocales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez consultados los alcaldes y alcaldesas de los municipios de la isla; los colegios profesionales: de Arquitectos de las Islas Baleares, de Aparejadores y Arquitectos Técnicos de Menorca y de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y Letras y en Ciencias de las Islas Baleares; y las diferentes entidades, asociaciones o instituciones vinculadas con la conservación, defensa y promoción del patrimonio histórico;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como presidenta del Consell Insular de Menorca, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el art 9 de la Ley 8/2000 de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Designar y nombrar como miembros de la Comisión Técnica Asesora de Patrimonio Histórico del Consell Insular de Menorca a las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presidente:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sr. Miquel Àngel Maria Ballester&lt;/strong&gt;, Consejero ejecutivo de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vicepresidenta:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Margarita Orfila Pons (suplente)&lt;/strong&gt;, en representación del Institut Menorquí d'Estudis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- Sr. Joan Enric Vilardell Santacana (titular) y Sr. Enric Taltavull Femenias (suplente&lt;/strong&gt;) en representación del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- Sra. Mercé Vidal Crespo (titular) y Sr. David Huguet Seguí (suplente), &lt;/strong&gt;en representación del Colegio Oficial de Aparejadores, Arquitectos Técnicos e Ingenieros de Edificación de Menorca&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Mª José León Moll (titular) y Sr. José Marqués Coll (suplente),&lt;/strong&gt; en representación del Museu Municipal de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15&lt;/strong&gt;.-&lt;strong&gt; Sra. Cristina Melià Petschen (titular),&lt;/strong&gt; funcionaria de los Servicios Generales del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16.- Sra Joana Gual Cerdó, &lt;/strong&gt;funcionaria jefa del Servicio de Patrimonio Histórico del CIM, que ejercerá las funciones de secretaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Elies Coll Moll&lt;/strong&gt;, técnico del Servicio de Patrimonio Histórico del CIM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Sra. Cristina Bravo Asensio (titular) y Sra. Irene Riudavets González (suplente), &lt;/strong&gt;en representación&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de las distintas entidades, asociaciones o instituciones vinculadas con la conservación, defensa y promoción del patrimonio natural o histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19.- Sr. Martí Carbonell Salom (titular) y Sra. Mª Paz Seguí Chinchilla (suplente),&lt;/strong&gt; en representación&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de las distintas entidades, asociaciones o instituciones vinculadas con la conservación, defensa y promoción del patrimonio natural o histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Que se notifique esta resolución a los interesados y se publique su contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), sin perjuicio de que esta resolución produzca efectos desde la fecha de su firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
