Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 1 de agosto de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de agosto) se convocó un concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de diversas categorías de personal estatutario dependientes del Servicio de Salud, entre las cuales está la de enfermero/enfermera de salud mental. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Esta resolución se completó con otra posterior de fecha de 5 de septiembre (BOIB 114/2018, de 15 de septiembre).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Una vez finalizado el plazo para presentar solicitudes, de conformidad con la base 5.1 de la convocatoria, la autoridad convocante ha de dictar una resolución para aprobar las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas en el concurso de traslados.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>RESOLUCIÓN</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Aprobar las listas provisionales de las persones aspirantes admitidas y excluidas en el concurso de traslados voluntario al que se refiere el punto 1 del apartado “Hechos y fundamentos de derecho”.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Comunicar que, de acuerdo con el punto 5.2. de la convocatoria, las persones aspirantes excluidas y las que no figuren en las listas disponen de un plazo de 15 días naturales a contar desde la publicación de esta resolución para presentar reclamaciones y para subsanar los defectos apreciados.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Advertir que no se considerará como una subsanación el hecho de aportar nueva documentación que no se haya presentado dentro del plazo que establece la base 3.6. de este concurso.&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">4. Determinar que una reclamación ha de considerarse como rechazada si la persona interesada no aparece como admitida en la resolución en la que se publiquen las listas definitivas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">5.
