Una vez revisada la solicitud de pago antes mencionada, se ha observado que no cumple los requisitos y condiciones establecidas en el apartado décimo punto 1, obligaciones de los beneficiarios, con respecto a las condiciones de la explotación, según el apartado quinto punto 2.a), del incremento de la prima para incorporación a una explotación agraria prioritaria, de la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 10 de septiembre de 2015, por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores, por lo que se deniega el pago de la solicitud antes mencionada correspondiente al segundo tramo del expediente CEJA2016_1 / 011.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.
