&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que el próximo 15 de diciembre de 2019, finaliza el plazo de cuatro años por el que fue nombrado el juez de paz sustituto de Sóller. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento la elección de persona idónea para ser nombrada Juez de Paz sustituto de este Municipio, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 101 y 102 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y artículos 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la convocatoria pública para cubrir la vacante de Juez de Paz sustituto del municipio de Sóller. De acuerdo con la normativa aplicable los requisitos son los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ser español.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No estar incurso en ninguna de las causas de incapacidad que establece el artículo 303 de la Ley orgánica del poder judicial, que literalmente dice: “están incapacitados para el ingreso en la Carrera Judicial los impedidos física o psíquicamente para la función judicial; los condenados por delito doloso mientras no hayan obtenido la rehabilitación; los procesados o inculpados por delito doloso en tanto no sean absueltos o se dicte auto de sobreseimiento, y los que no estén en el pleno ejercicio de sus derechos civiles.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No incurrir en ninguna de las incompatibilidades y prohibiciones reguladas en los artículos 389 a 397 de la Ley orgánica del poder judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los interesados que reúnan dichos requisitos, presentarán en este Ayuntamiento la correspondiente solicitud, por escrito, de acuerdo con modelo establecido en el Anexo 1, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La solicitud deberá presentarse acompañada de la siguiente documentación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Fotocopia DNI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) «Currículum vitae» donde se consignarán los detalles más significativos del perfil personal, académico y profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la página web del Ayuntamiento se podrá descargar el modelo de instancia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la presente convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Ayuntamiento; en el tablón de anuncios del Juzgado decano del Partido Judicial y del Juzgado de Paz de Sóller, así como en los diarios locales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Someter a la consideración del Pleno del Ayuntamiento, las solicitudes presentadas dentro del plazo establecido, para que elija, con el quórum de mayoría absoluta, a la persona idónea de entre las interesadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Que reúno los requisitos de capacidad establecidos en el Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz, artículo 1.2 del Título I y artículo 13 del Título II. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Que cumplo todos los requisitos previstos en la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del poder judicial, y en concreto los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Ser español. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;b) Ser mayor de edad&lt;/p&gt;
