&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar el establecimiento del precio público de las entradas al recinto, de las actividades y de la participación como expositor de Arrels, Feria del Producto Local y la Cocina de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Señalar que tienen la obligación de pagar este precio público las&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;personas que accedan al recinto como visitante y como productor participante, y no se permitirá la entrada sin acreditarse el pago correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;En el supuesto de falta de pago de este precio público, su importe podrá exigirse por el procedimiento de apremio, y los actos que se deriven se adaptaran a lo previsto en el Reglamento general de recaudación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/strong&gt;El Consejo Insular abonará a los expositores de la feria el equivalente al 70 % del importe de la venta de los tiquets de cata vendidos; es decir 0,58 €/unidad más 21 % IVA (0,12 €/u).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
