CAIB 632194 es 2020-02-20 1795 2020-02-20 CAIB 5750 5755 CAIB es 570 2020-02-18 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">En relación con el asunto de referencia, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el <span style="color:#000000">artículo </span><span style="color:#000000">24 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2016, </span><span style="color:#000000">de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación</span>, se publica el Acuerdo del Pleno de la CMAIB, en sesión de 19 de diciembre de 2019,</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">CONSIDERANDO</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Que GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU ha solicitado una modificación de la AAI, consistente en el cierre de los grupos de carbón 1 y 2.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Que en el punto segundo del acuerdo del Pleno de la CMAIB de 25 de abril de 2019 sobre la modificación no sustancial de la CT Alcudia consistente en el funcionamiento reducido de los grupos de carbón 3 y 4, se instó a GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU a solicitar una modificación de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada para dar de baja los grupos de vapor 1 y 2.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Que la documentación aportada justifica que se trata de una modificación no sustancial, en cumplimiento del art. 10.4 y 10.5 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Que los informes emitidos por los diferentes organismos son favorables y proponen una serie de condicionantes.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">ACUERDA</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Primero.- Conceder la modificación no sustancial de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada de CT de Alcudia, consistente en el cierre de los grupos de carbón 1 y 2 con sujeción a las siguientes condiciones y/o modificaciones en la AAI:</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Donde dice:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">"1. Grupos FC-GV1 y FC-GV2</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Estos son los grupos de vapor más antiguos, con combustible carbón. Los aplica el Plan Nacional de Reducción de Emisiones para Grandes Instalaciones de Combustión (Orden PRE 77/2008 de 17 de enero BOE 24 de 28/01/2008).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Son grupos incluidos dentro del ámbito de aplicación del Real Decreto 815/2013 y forman parte de una central térmica incluida dentro de la pequeña red aislada de Mallorca-Menorca, por tanto, se puede prorrogar hasta la fecha de 1 de enero de 2020 el cumplimiento del valor límite de emisión de SO2 y NOx.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">3.
