    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;diante acuerdo del Pleno de la corporación municipal, celebrado el 18 de diciembre de 2019, se aprobó inicialmente el Reglamento del Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep. Dicho acuerdo aparece publicado en el BOIB nº 172, de 24 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acabado el plazo de exposición pública sin haberse presentado alegaciones, el acuerdo, hasta entonces inicial, se entiende definitivamente aprobado, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 49 de la Ley 7/85, por lo que se publica el texto íntegro del Reglamento del Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep que, a continuación, se transcribe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dicho Reglamento entrará en vigor, de acuerdo con el artículo 103 de la Ley 20/2006 municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, una vez publicado el texto íntegro en el BOIB y cuando haya pasado el plazo que indica el artículo 113 de dicha Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:188%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:188%"&gt;“REGLAMENTO DEL CONSEJO DE PARTICIPACIÓN INFANTIL Y JUVENIL DE SANT JOSEP DE SA TALAIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPOSICIÓN DE MOTIVOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La creación del Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil nace del interés del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia de dar voz y voto a la ciudadanía más joven del municipio en el gobierno local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño es el primer documento formal que ha transformado el modo en que se considera y se trata la infancia en todo el mundo, reconociendo a los niños/as y los y las adolescentes como sujetos de derechos. Este documento refleja que son igual de importantes y de obligado cumplimiento tanto los derechos de supervivencia como los de participación. Los derechos vinculados a la participación son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 12. El derecho de opinión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 13. La libertad de expresión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 14. La libertad de pensamiento, de conciencia y de religión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 15. La libertad de asociación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 16. La protección de la vida privada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 17. El derecho a una información adecuada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Así pues, estos derechos de obligado cumplimiento deben ser respetados por toda la sociedad. La promoción de estos derechos se llevará a cabo a través de la colaboración e implicación de estos cuatro ámbitos en el Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil es un órgano de participación a través del cual los niños/as &amp;nbsp;y los y las adolescentes pueden ejercer, como ciudadanos y ciudadanas que son, su derecho a reflexionar, expresar su opinión, debatir, tomar decisiones y elevar al plenario municipal sus propuestas, a fin de contribuir a mejorar el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De este modo, se desarrolla y promociona el valor de la responsabilidad dentro de la comunidad mediante la propia experiencia de los y las niños/as y adolescentes, acompañados por el compromiso estable de las autoridades políticas, que darán respuesta a su implicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. Sede&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, calle de Pere Escanellas, s/n, 07830 Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Ibiza, Islas Baleares. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 2. Lengua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La lengua catalana será la lengua vehicular en todas las comunicaciones del Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 3. Finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La finalidad de la creación de este Consejo de Participación es la de crear un espacio para favorecer la participación ciudadana de los y de las más jóvenes en todos aquellos asuntos y decisiones políticas que les afectan, así como velar por el cumplimiento de los derechos de los niños y niñas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 4. Objetivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Crear una estructura válida y estable de participación y de comunicación entre los niños/as y los y las adolescentes y las autoridades municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concienciar e implicar al niño o la niña en la responsabilidad de lo que es ser ciudadano o ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Dar valor y dar a conocer el punto de vista de los y las niños/as y &amp;nbsp;adolescentes en aspectos relacionados con el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Involucrar a la infancia en la toma de decisiones y mejora de su pueblo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol start="5"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Favorecer el punto de vista de la infancia y adolescencia en las políticas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 5. Temática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil puede trabajar cualquier temática de cualquier ámbito que los niños y las niñas del municipio consideren importantes para su bienestar, como son las cuestiones relacionadas con la vida social, cultural, medioambiental, artística y recreativa de su entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El gobierno municipal informará y consultará el Consejo en los temas que tienen relación con la infancia o aquellos en que se crea que la visión del niño/a puede tener una aportación cualitativa. El Consejo también se podrá consultar para organizar las actividades que impulsa el Ayuntamiento dirigidas a los niños y niñas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;COMPOSICIÓN Y FUNCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. Elección del Consejo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil de Sant Josep de sa Talaia se dividirá en dos, uno formado por alumnado de primaria y otro formado por alumnado de secundaria. El alumnado de cada centro designará las personas representantes para formar parte del Consejo, de acuerdo con un sistema de participación democrático y&amp;nbsp; siempre respetando la equidad de los y las alumnos/as propuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para el pleno infantil, cada centro de una línea escogerá dos personas representantes y dos personas sustitutas, y cada centro de dos líneas escogerá cuatro personas representantes y dos personas sustitutas, que serán vocales del Consejo de Participación Infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Y para el pleno juvenil, los centros de una línea elegirán dos personas representantes y dos personas sustitutas, y los centros educativos con más líneas elegirán cuatro personas representantes y dos personas sustitutas, que serán vocales del Consejo de Participación Juvenil de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento deberá pedir el consentimiento de las familias de todos aquellos/as niños/as y adolescentes que quieran formar parte del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 7. Composición del Consejo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo de Participación estará compuesto por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La Presidencia: el alcalde o alcaldesa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:188%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:188%"&gt;El presidente o presidenta será quien presidirá el pleno. Sus funciones son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Convocar las reuniones del Consejo Infantil y del Juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Preparar el orden del día según propuestas surgidas de las reuniones previas de trabajo del pleno infantil y del juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Garantizar la participación de todas las personas, miembros del pleno y moderar el turno de palabra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:98%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:98%"&gt;Coordinar la relación del pleno infantil y del juvenil con los diferentes órganos y concejalías del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="list-style-type:none"&gt;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La Vicepresidencia: el concejal o concejala del área de Educación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El vicepresidente/a realizará las funciones del presidente/a cuando éste no pueda asistir o cuando el presidente/a quiera delegar en él/ella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Controlar los tiempos de intervención de los y de las vocales de cada centro escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayudar al moderador/a en el turno de palabra.&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Un técnico o técnica municipal vinculado/da a los ámbitos de infancia y adolescencia y/o educación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hacer la funciones también de secretario/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Enviar las convocatorias y/o citaciones con el orden del día, a instancia del presidente o presidenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Levantar acta de las sesiones, trasladar los acuerdos y expedir informes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo serán las diferentes personas representantes que hayan elegido los centros educativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Funciones de los y las vocales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Recibir en tiempo y forma las convocatorias y/o citaciones para las reuniones del pleno infantil y juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asistir a las reuniones del pleno infantil o juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:13.4pt"&gt;Presentar las propuestas acordadas en sus centros educativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:13.4pt"&gt;Sugerir ideas para mejorar los centros educativos y sus núcleos de población.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Reunirse previamente a las sesiones del pleno con sus juntas de delegados u otros órganos de participación y/o comisiones de trabajo para recoger las propuestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Han de escuchar y respetar el turno de intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Han de transmitir las ideas y los acuerdos al resto de compañeros y compañeras (en los centros educativos a través de juntas de delegados u otros órganos de participación y/o comisiones de trabajo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="list-style-type:none"&gt;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Todos los y las vocales han de ser elegidos entre los alumnos y las alumnas de 5º y 6º de primaria y los alumnos y las alumnas de 2º y 4º de secundaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se convocará a los plenos, siempre que se considere necesario, al concejal/a o técnico del área afectada que se tratará en el Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 4 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de hombres y mujeres, tiene que haber una composición equilibrada de niños y niñas y adolescentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 8. Constitución del Consejo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La constitución del Consejo de Participación se hará una vez que los centros hayan hecho llegar los nombres de todos los vocales, y se celebrará la constitución durante el primer trimestre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El pleno se reunirá de forma ordinaria dos veces durante cada curso escolar, una en diciembre y otra en mayo, y siempre que el presidente o presidenta lo considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Podrán asistir al Pleno, con voz pero sin voto, todas aquellas personas que para tratar una cuestión concreta nombre el presidente/a. También podrán asistir como oyentes los/las acompañantes de los niños y niñas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los plenos serán públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 9. Duración del mandato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La duración del mandato de las personas representantes del Ayuntamiento en el Consejo de Participación coincidirá con la duración de su mandato en el Ayuntamiento. El mandato de los representantes infantiles y juveniles tendrá una duración de un año, con la posibilidad de alargarlo a dos años si los y las alumnos/as lo piden, y con la aprobación de sus tutores/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 10. Funciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo de Participación funcionará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se dispondrán buzones en los centros para que el alumnado pueda dejar sus sugerencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los y las alumnos/as que forman parte del Consejo se encargarán de recoger el contenido de los buzones y hacer una valoración de los temas que quieren debatir en el Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las propuestas se entregarán a la persona que haga de intermediaria entre los centros y el Ayuntamiento, para ser enviadas a la Presidencia y confeccionar el orden del día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Consejo de Participación Infantil y Juvenil funcionará a través del plenario. Los plenos se harán durante horario lectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;REGÍMENES DE SESIONES Y CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11. Sesiones del plenario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cada curso se convocarán dos sesiones ordinarias del plenario del Consejo, en horario lectivo y con una duración que oscilará entre una hora y media y dos horas. De forma extraordinaria se convocarán sesiones siempre que la Presidencia del Consejo lo considere necesario o cuando lo soliciten más de tres cuartas partes de los vocales del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para la válida constitución del pleno, a efectos de la celebración de las sesiones, se requerirá la presencia del presidente o presidenta o de quien legalmente le sustituya, el secretario o la secretaria y al menos la mitad de los miembros convocados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 12. Convocatoria de las sesiones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para facilitar la organización de las sesiones, el Ayuntamiento propondrá las fechas de las dos sesiones ordinarias, siempre abiertas a modificaciones, para así poder conseguir casi el 100% de la participación de los y las niños/as y adolescentes en los plenos. En caso de sesión extraordinaria, la convocatoria se cerrará y notificará con una antelación mínima de tres días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El orden del día se enviará por correo electrónico a los centros escolares 15 días antes del pleno a la dirección electrónica del padre, madre y/o tutor/a si lo facilitan. El/la directora/a del centro tendrá que hacer llegar esta información a las personas representantes del pleno infantil y juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento facilitará el traslado de los miembros del pleno des de sus centros educativos hasta el lugar de realización del pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 13. Resultado de las sesiones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Todos los temas tratados en el pleno, siempre que sea posible, se resolverán allí mismo y quedarán reflejados en el acta de la reunión. En caso de que sea necesario más tiempo para deliberar, el Ayuntamiento tendrá que hacer un comunicado a los centros cuando tenga la resolución, tanto si se ha conseguido lo que proponían como si no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En la web del Ayuntamiento se habilitará un espacio donde los niños y las niñas representantes o cualquier persona interesada pueda consultar todo lo que trata el pleno infantil y juvenil.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
