&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Estimar las alegaciones presentadas por los señores Manuel Cano Aranda, Guillermo Mascaró Ferrer, Sebastián Morey Barrantes, Andreu Oliva Suave y Miguel Queglas Morey, por haber subsanado en tiempo y forma y en consecuencia admitirlos para tomar parte en el proceso selectivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Aprobar la lista definitiva de personas admitidas para tomar parte en el concurso oposición, convocado por el sistema de promoción interna, para cubrir&amp;nbsp;2 plazas vacantes de inspector de la policía local en la plantilla de funcionarios/as de este Ayuntamiento e incluidas en la oferta de empleo de&amp;nbsp;2016, a&amp;nbsp;los aspirantes que a continuación se relacionan:&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Publicar el presente decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la página web de este Ayuntamiento &lt;a href="http://www.palma.cat/"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.palma.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, conforme lo que dispone el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&amp;nbsp;El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación.&amp;nbsp;En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El recurso de reposición potestativo debe presentarse en el registro general de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, antes mencionada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no haya resuelto y notificada la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente de su interposición.&amp;nbsp;En este caso queda expedita la vía contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo citado anteriormente, y los 45 y siguientes de la ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación. Esto sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
