Entre las categorías incluidas en el concurso&nbsp; de traslados está la de técnico/técnica especialista de radiodiagnóstico. &nbsp;</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">El 1 de febrero de 2020 se hizo pública la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de enero (BOIB núm. 14/2020) a través de la que se aprobaron las listas definitivas de personas candidatas y personas excluidas del mencionado concurso de traslados voluntario de técnico/técnica especialista de radiodiagnóstico. </span></span></p> </li> </ol> <ol start="3"> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Una vez finalizado el plazo para presentar alegaciones se ha de aplicar lo que establece el punto 6.3 de las bases de la convocatoria, en el sentido de dictar una resolución provisional del concurso y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma y en la página web www.ibsalut.es</span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">1. Resolver con carácter provisional el concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer places básicas de diversas categorías de personal estatutario dependientes del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, en concreto en la categoría de técnico/técnica especialista de radiodiagnóstico, que se adjunta a esta resolución como Anexo. En este listado figuran el número del documento de identidad, los apellidos y nombre de las personas concursantes, la puntuación obtenida y, en su caso, el destino adjudicado.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">2. Informar que, tal y como establece la base 6.4 de la convocatoria, de conformidad con los artículos 18.2 y 18.3 del Real Decreto Ley 1/1999, de 8 de enero, sobre selección de personal estatutario y provisión de plazas en las instituciones sanitarias de la Seguridad Social, las personas concursantes disponen de un plazo de quince días naturales a contar desde la fecha de publicación de esta resolución para presentar reclamaciones –que no tendrán carácter de recurso-. Una reclamación ha de considerarse rechazada si la persona interesada no aparece como admitida en la resolución definitiva del concurso.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">3. Comunicar que, según la base 3.9. de la convocatoria, en el mismo plazo de quince días para formular reclamaciones contra esta resolución provisional, las personas concursantes pueden desistir de su solicitud. Asimismo, las personas concursantes que estén en la situación de reingreso provisional y desistan de participar en el concurso serán declaradas de oficio en situación de excedencia voluntaria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">4. Establecer que, tal y como figura en la convocatoria, el desistimiento de un concursante que haya condicionado su solicitud de traslado a la de otra persona concursante, según lo que establece la base 3.7, es personal, razón por la cual no supone el desistimiento de la otra persona concursante, cuya solicitud se tramitará en el procedimiento de provisión de plazas, excepto en el caso de que esta persona aporte una declaración expresa y firmada rechazando la tramitación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%">5.
