&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Conceder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; una subvención nominativa a la Asociación de Cazadores Federado de Porto Saler con CIF n.º G07552912, por un importe de &lt;strong&gt;3.400 €&lt;/strong&gt;. Esta subvención nominal está incluida en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones 2016-2019 del Consejo Insular de Formentera, aprobado en la sesión plenaria de 24 de junio de 2016 publicado en el BOIB n.º 93, de 23-07-2016, con cargo al Capítulo IV de los presupuestos del Consejo Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La gestión de la subvención se llevará a cabo según las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE: &lt;em&gt;Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre General de subvenciones. Y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: &lt;em&gt;Funcionamiento de las sociedades federadas de cazadores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA: &lt;em&gt;Desde el 1 de diciembre de 2018 hasta 30 de noviembre de 2019.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: Antes de 30 de noviembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: &lt;em&gt;Mediante presentación de la cuenta justificativa según modelo, relación de gastos y facturas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR: &lt;em&gt;La cuantía a justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: &lt;em&gt;La falta de justificación de la actividad o el objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR &lt;em&gt;la concesión de otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PAGO: &lt;em&gt;Una vez informado favorablemente de la cuenta justificativa de los servicios técnicos del departamento de agricultura, ganadería, pesca y caza. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RÉGIMEN DE GARANTÍAS: &lt;em&gt;Se exime de la presentación de garantías (art. 17.3.k) Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre General de Subvenciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;Autorizar y disponer&lt;/strong&gt; el gasto con cargo al Capítulo IV de los presupuestos del Consejo Insular de Formentera, a favor del beneficiario &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“Asociación de Cazadores Federado de Porto Saler”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CIF G07552912&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; por el importe concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aceptar la justificación presentada por los beneficiarios y, en consecuencia, reconocer la obligación, ordenar el pago y pagar el importe de la subvención íntegramente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que el secretario informa que hay un error en la propuesta, porque no se está en el Plan Estratégico de subvenciones 2016-2019 del Consejo Insular de Formentera, aprobado a la sesión plenaria de 24 de junio de 2016 publicado en el BOIB n.º 93, de 23-07-2016, sino en el Plan Estratégico de subvenciones vigente, aprobado para el año 2019, por el Pleno del Consejo Insular el 27 de febrero de 2019, objeto de publicación en el BOIB n.º 47, de 11 de abril de 2019; y en su marco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno, en ejercicio de sus competencias, en base a aquello propuesto (que conforme a los artículos 35 y 88 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas supone la motivación de este acto) y de lo cual ha informado el secretario, adopta, por unanimidad, el siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ÚNICO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobar la propuesta transcrita que se da aquí por reproducida, con las rectificaciones debidas al hecho que no se está en el Plan Estratégico de subvenciones 2016-2019 del Consejo Insular de Formentera, aprobado en la sesión plenaria de 24 de junio de 2016 publicado en el BOIB núm. 93, de 23-07-2016, sino en el Plan Estratégico de subvenciones vigente, aprobado para el año 2019, por el Pleno del Consejo Insular el 27 de febrero de 2019, objeto de publicación en el BOIB núm. 47, de 11 de abril de 2019; y en su marco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo cual se hace saber para su conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
