    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 13, de día 5 de febrero de 2020, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Asunto: nombramiento de un teniente de alcalde por renuncia de una concejala&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 80, de día 5 de julio de 2019, aprobó nombrar, de entre los miembros de la Junta de Govern local y por orden de nombramiento, los concejales siguientes como tenientes de alcalde:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sra. NOEMÍ CAMPS VILLALONGA (PSIB-PSOE Ciutadella), primera teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sra. FÀTIMA ANGLADA AMETLLER (UP-GxC), segunda teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sr. JOSÉ LÓPEZ BOSCH (PSM MxM), tercer teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sra. LAURA ANGLADA SEARA (PSM MxM), cuarta teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dado que, mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 12, de día 4 de febrero de 2020, se ha aprobado la modificación de la Junta de Govern, vista la renuncia de la señora Fàtima Anglada Ametller como concejala del Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca en el Ple de la sesión extraordinaria de día 30 de enero de 2020, de la que formaba parte y también estaba nombrada como segunda teniente de alcalde;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local y, en concreto, el artículo 46 del ROF;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO:&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar al señor Sergio Servera Moreno como segundo teniente de alcalde, en sustitución por renuncia del cargo de concejala de la señora Fàtima Anglada Ametller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO:&lt;/strong&gt; Determinar, en consecuencia, que los tenientes de alcalde serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sra. NOEMÍ CAMPS VILLALONGA (PSIB-PSOE Ciutadella), primera teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sr. SERGIO SERVERA MORENO (UP-GxC), segundo teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sr. JOSÉ LÓPEZ BOSCH (PSM MxM), tercer teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sra. LAURA ANGLADA SEARA (PSM MxM), cuarta teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO:&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar esta resolución al concejal afectado, publicarla en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;lles&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) y dar cuenta de ello en la primera sesión del Ple Municipal que se celebre.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
