font-size:12px">En la aprobación definitiva del Presupuesto General del Ayuntamiento de Inca para el 2020 que incluye las tablas de previsiones de ingresos y gastos, publicado en el BOIB núm. 015 del 4 de febrero de 2020, se ha detectado un error en la transcripción de la tabla de gastos en su publicación en versión catalana.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, prevé en el artículo 109.2 que "Las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, así mismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos".En consecuencia se tiene que rectificar la tabla de "Gastos Ayuntamiento" en los términos siguientes,&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
