2020-02-03 CAIB 3640 2020-02-04 es 631436 text/html 2020-02-04 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 15/01/2020, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“1. Aprobar las modificaciones de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma en cuanto al lugar de Jefe/a de mando operativo del SCIS, con código F50090001 tal y como se refleja en la propuesta MF-650 que se adjunta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
