    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en la disposición adicional primera y el anexo 1 del Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, rectificado por el Decreto 22/2019, de 19 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, y modificado por el Decreto 36/2019, de 20 de diciembre, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, el ente Puertos de las Illes Balears se adscribe a la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 33.2.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 10/2005, de 21 de junio, de puertos de las Illes Balears, dispone que por acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno los miembros del Consejo de Administración del ente se nombrarán por un periodo de cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otro lado, y de conformidad con el artículo 33.2.&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; de la misma Ley y con el artículo 12 del Decreto 134/2005, de 28 de diciembre, de aprobación de los Estatutos de Puertos de las Illes Balears, serán miembros natos del ente el presidente, el vicepresidente y el director gerente, y serán vocales de este los miembros, en número no inferior a doce ni superior a dieciocho, nombrados por acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno por un periodo de cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda, en la sesión de 31 de enero de 2020, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar vocal del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears a don Domingo Bonnín Bautista, en representación de la Federación Balear de Cofradías de Pescadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Disponer que el Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears estará integrado por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidente: D. Marc Pons i Pons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vicepresidente: D. Francisco Javier Ramis Otazua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
