&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 1 de agosto de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de agosto) se convocó un concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de diversas categorías de personal estatutario dependientes del Servicio de Salud, entre ellas la de fisioterapeuta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 5 de noviembre de 2019 (BOIB núm. 153, de 9 de noviembre) se aprobaron las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas del concurso de traslados de dicha categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ha vencido el plazo para presentar reclamaciones o para subsanar los defectos detectados en las solicitudes. De conformidad con la base 5.3 de la convocatoria, una vez finalizado dicho plazo el director general del Servicio de Salud tiene que dictar una resolución para aprobar las listas definitivas de personas candidatas y de personas excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aprobar las listas definitivas de personas candidatas y de personas excluidas del concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de la categoría de fisioterapeuta convocado por medio de la Resolución a que se refiere el punto 1 del apartado «Hechos y fundamentos de derecho».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Publicar esta resolución en&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en la web del Servicio de Salud (&lt;em&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/em&gt;) y en el tablón de anuncios de los Servicios Centrales del Servicio de Salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
