&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.s) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y el artículo 12.5 de la Ley 22/2011, de 28 de julio, de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Declarar como residuo doméstico el vehículo descrito en los antecedentes, conforme al que se dispone en el artículo 3.b) de la ley 22/2011, de 28 de julio, de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Dado que no se ha podido localizar el titular del vehículo abandonado, se procederá a publicar la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento y tablón de anuncios municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Librar el vehículo a Grúas Can Fiolet de Sóller para su tratamiento en el Centro Autorizado de Tratamiento de Vehículos, para su destrucción y descontaminación, instando en el centro porque proceda de acuerdo con el artículo 5 del Real Decreto 20/2017, de 20 de enero, sobre los vehículos al final de su vida útil, y el artículo segundo de la Orden INT/624/2008, de 26 de febrero, por la cual se regula la Baja Electrónica de los Vehículos Descontaminados al final de su Vida, emita:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado de destrucción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tramite baja electrónica definitiva del vehículo en el Registro de Vehículos de la Dirección General de Tráfico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar al titular que el vehículo ha sido declarado residuo doméstico y que se procederá a su traslado en el Centro Autorizado de Tratamiento de Vehículos, para su tratamiento como tal, e iniciar los trámites precisos para la incoación del correspondiente procedimiento sancionador.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
