    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal de la comunicación que se inserta y no existiendo constancia de su recepción por los interesados, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 43 de la Ley 39/2015 del Procedimiento Administrativo común, se notifica por el presente a las personas que se relacionan en el Anexo I, la siguiente comunicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Os comunicamos que, con fecha de este escrito, nos constan pendientes de pago las liquidaciones que se detallan a pie de página, relacionadas con el suministro de agua potable&amp;nbsp;antes indicado y que, por tanto, concurre causa para la suspensión del suministro, acuerdo con el articulo 66 del Reglamento municipal regulador de los servicios municipales de suministro de agua potable y saneamiento de aguas residuales (aprobado inicialmente en la sesión plenaria de dia 25 de marzo de 2013 y publicado íntegramente en el BOIB núm.76 de 30 de mayo de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para corregir la causa que origina la suspensión, puede abonar los importes reclamados mediante transferencia bancaria al IBAN del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ES45 0049 3186 53 2314001300 BANC SANTANDER (BIC BSCHESMM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De no proceder &amp;nbsp;al pago de las liquidaciones pendientes, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el Reglamento Municipal, procederemos a efectuar la suspensión del suministro a partir de dia 13 de diciembre de &amp;nbsp;2019, y en el caso que se ha procedido a la suspensión, se tendrá que hacer cargo &amp;nbsp;de los gastos de la&amp;nbsp; reconexión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se le comunica que dispone de un plazo de 15 dias hábiles a contar desde el siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación para aportar cuantas alegaciones estime convenientes y/o adoptar las medidas oportunas para restablecerla situación , mediante escrito dirigido en este Ayuntamiento y presentado en&amp;nbsp; algunos de los lugares previstos en el apartado 4 del artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La formulación de alegaciones suspenderá la ejecución de la suspensión hasta que sean resueltas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Transcurridos 60 dias desde la efectividad de la suspensión, y no habiendo iniciado el contribuyente acciones para subsanar las causas que la provocaron, se producirá la extinción del contrato”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
