    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de día 23-9-2019 (BOIB núm. 137 de 8-10-2019) por el que se aprueba la convocatoria de ayudas del Consell Insular de Menorca para las escuelas municipales de música para el curso 2018-19, que se rige por la bases aprobadas en el Consejo Ejecutivo del 25-9-2017 (BOIB núm. 125 de 12.10.2017);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizaba día 15 de noviembre de 2019 y se han presentado ocho solicitudes;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en la convocatoria se destinaban 60.000 € con cargo a la partida 4620022 del programa 32600 y el importe máximo de la ayuda por solicitud es de 12.000 €;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que se ha reunido la comisión evaluadora para valorar las solicitudes presentadas;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conceder a las entidades que se relacionan a continuación las siguientes ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Beneficiario: Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NIF: P0700001A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NIF: P0700200I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ayuda: 5.446 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Motivo: Ayuda escuela municipal de música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se distribuyen un total de 60.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se le comunica para su conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos, a la vez que le informamos que, contra el acto precedente, puede interponer, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de recepción de esta notificación, un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo competente; todo ello sin perjuicio de la posibilidad de efectuar el requerimiento a que se refiere el articulo 44 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa, que deberá dirigir a este mismo órgano en el plazo máximo de dos meses a partir de la fecha de notificación del presente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalmente, cabe indicar que, el hecho de formular el requerimiento o de interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo al que se refiere el párrafo anterior, no suspende la eficiencia del acuerdo impugnado ni interrumpe los plazos que se puedan derivar, excepto acuerdo expreso de la autoridad competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
