&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Según lo establecido en el artículo 7, del Real Decreto 1041/2017, de 22 de diciembre (BOE núm. 311, de 23 de diciembre), por el cual se fijan las exigencias mínimas del nivel básico a efectos de certificación, se establece el currículo básico de los niveles Intermedio B1, Intermedio B2, Avanzado C1, y Avanzado C2, de las Enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial reguladas por la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, y se establecen las equivalencias entre las Enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial reguladas en diversos planes de estudios y las de este real decreto, las administraciones educativas tienen que organizar, como mínimo, una convocatoria anual de pruebas para la obtención de los certificados de competencia general de los niveles e idiomas impartidos en las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de su ámbito de gestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Real Decreto 1/2019, de 11 de enero (BOE núm. 11, de 12 de enero), por el que se establecen los principios básicos comunes de evaluación aplicables a las pruebas de certificación oficial de los niveles Intermedio B1, Intermedio B2, Avanzado C1, y Avanzado C2 de las enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Decreto 34/2019 de 10 de mayo (BOIB, núm. 66, de 16 de mayo), por el que se establecen la ordenación, la organización y el currículo de los niveles básico, intermedio y avanzado de las enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial impartidos en las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El día 13 de enero de 2020, la Jefa de Servicio de Enseñanzas de Régimen Especial, emitió informe favorable y propuso a la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros la convocatoria anual de las pruebas libres con el fin de poder obtener los certificados básico A2, intermedio B1, intermedio B2, avanzado C1 y avanzado C2 del Consejo de Europa de estas enseñanzas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 14 de abril de 2009 por la cual se regula el proceso de admisión y de matriculación de los alumnos a las enseñanzas de régimen especial y a las enseñanzas de personas adultas en los centros sostenidos con fondos públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº. 57 ext., de 20 de abril), en la sección II, regula el acceso a la modalidad de enseñanza libre de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas. El punto 1 del artículo 51 de esta Orden establece que el proceso para matricularse a las pruebas y para llevarlas a cabo se tiene que hacer de acuerdo con una resolución específica de la dirección general de la cual dependen este tipo de enseñanzas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Resolución del consejero de Educación y Cultura de 7 de junio de 2010 (BOIB nº. 95, de 24 de junio) autoriza la implantación en todas las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de las Illes Balears de los niveles C1 y C2 del Consejo de Europa, según se definen estos niveles en el Marco europeo común de referencia para el aprendizaje, la enseñanza y la evaluación de lenguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo de educación (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de mayo), que incluye las enseñanzas de idiomas dentro de las enseñanzas del sistema educativo y les otorga la consideración de régimen especial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 2/1983, de 25 de febrero (BOE núm. 51 de 1 de marzo), reformado per la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52 de 1 de marzo y suplemento en catalán núm. 9, de 16 de marzo), que en el artículo 36.2 establece que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 27 i 149.1.30a de la Constitución española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se modifica el Decreto 1272019, de 2 de julio, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 106, de 2 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La Ley 19/2019, de 30 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2020 (BOIB núm. 175, de 30 de diciembre) dispone en el artículo 39 que para el año 2020 las cuotas fijas de las tasas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears establecidas por normas de rango legal se han de incrementar en la cuantía que resulte de aplicar a el importe exigido durante el año 2019 el coeficiente derivado del aumento del índice de precios al consumo del Estado español correspondiente al año 2018. Las cifras que resulten de aplicar al incremento mencionado se han de redondear por exceso o por defecto al céntimo más próximo. En caso de que, habiendo aplicado este coeficiente, se obtenga una cuantía la tercera cifra decimal de la cual sea 5, el redondeo se ha de hacer a la cifra superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. La Resolución de la consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores de 2 de enero de 2020 por la cual se establece la actualización de las bases, los tipos de gravamen y las cuotas tributarias de las tasas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2020 (BOIB núm. 3 de 7 de enero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo eso, al amparo del artículo 16 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Convocar las pruebas libres de certificación de los niveles básico A2, intermedio B1, intermedio B2, avanzado C1 y avanzado C2 de determinados idiomas autorizados en las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de las Illes Balears (en adelante, pruebas libres) para el año 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases que tienen que regir esta convocatoria, que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Abrir el proceso de inscripción para las personas que quieran presentarse a la convocatoria de pruebas libres y establecer las zonas de influencia de las diferentes escuelas oficiales de idiomas, que figuran en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Aprobar y publicar el calendario de las pruebas objeto de esta Resolución, que figura en el anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel básico A2, nivel intermedio B1, nivel intermedio B2 y nivel avanzado C1 en l'EOI de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel básico A2, nivel intermedio B1 y nivel intermedio B2 en las EOI de Calvià, Inca, Manacor y Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel básico A2 en la EOI de Ciutadella&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Inglés: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel básico A2, nivel intermedio B1, nivel intermedio B2, nivel avanzado C1 y nivel avanzado C2 en las EOI de Palma, Calvià, Manacor, Inca, Eivissa y Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel básico A2, nivel intermedio B1, nivel intermedio B2 y nivel avanzado C1 en la EOI de Ciutadella y en la extensión de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel básico A2, nivel intermedio B1 y nivel intermedio B2 en la EOI de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Francés: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Ruso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nivel básico A2, nivel intermedioB1 y nivel intermedio B2 en la EOI de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i) Chino: Nivel básico A2, nivel intermedioB1 y nivel intermedio B2 en la EOI de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. La inscripción da derecho a presentarse a la convocatoria ordinaria (meses de mayo y junio) y a la extraordinaria (mes de septiembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3. Tanto en la convocatoria ordinaria como en la extraordinaria, la prueba se realizará en la escuela oficial de idiomas solicitada en la inscripción. El traslado del expediente de los alumnos de modalidad libre no se puede autorizar en ningún caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.4. Las personas que deseen presentarse a las pruebas de catalán en la isla de Mallorca, deberán inscribirse en la EOI de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El portal para inscribirse tiene que ser accesible desde la web de cualquiera de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas (de Palma, Calvià, Manacor, Inca, Eivissa, Formentera, Maó y Ciutadella). Excepcionalmente se podrá realizar la tramitación de la inscripción presencialmente en los centros en el horario que establezca cada centro. Para que el proceso de inscripción se pueda considerar finalizado, se tiene que haber presentado la documentación y la justificación del pago en la escuela oficial de idiomas que corresponda. Cada centro tiene que establecer un horario de atención al público que garantice que las personas interesadas pueden informarse sobre el proceso de inscripción, hacer el trámite telemático y presentar la documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2. La inscripción se tiene que hacer en la escuela oficial de idiomas que corresponda a la persona interesada de acuerdo con el área de influencia de cada centro y para cada idioma y nivel, de acuerdo con lo que prevé el anexo 2 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La inscripción a las pruebas libres de catalán en la isla de Mallorca se realizará únicamente en la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Condiciones para inscribirse a las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1. Para presentarse a las pruebas hace falta haber cumplido los dieciséis años o cumplirlos dentro del año natural en que se hace la inscripción. También se pueden inscribir las personas que tengan catorce años o más para hacer la prueba de un idioma diferente del que cursan como primer idioma extranjero en la educación secundaria obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2. Las personas que cumplan los requisitos se pueden inscribir para hacer la prueba libre del nivel o de los niveles que les interese de cualquiera de los idiomas que se imparten. Una misma persona se puede inscribir para hacer las pruebas libres de más de un idioma y de más de un nivel. Una misma persona no se puede inscribir para hacer las pruebas libres de más de dos niveles de un mismo idioma. No es necesario tener el certificado del nivel inferior para presentarse a las pruebas libres del nivel siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.3. Los alumnos oficiales de las modalidades presencial, de inglés a distancia y del programa EOIES que cursen los niveles básico A1 (o básico A2.1), intermedio B1.1, intermedio B2.1, o avanzado C1.1, se pueden inscribir en las pruebas libres de certificación del mismo idioma o de cualquier otro idioma como alumnos de modalidad libre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.4. Los alumnos oficiales de las modalidades presencial, de inglés a distancia y del programa EOIES que cursen los niveles básico A2, (o básico A2.2), intermedio B1 (o intermedio B1.2), intermedio B2.2, avanzado C1.2 o avanzado C2 se pueden inscribir en las pruebas libres de certificación de otros niveles del mismo idioma o de cualquier otro idioma como alumnos de modalidad libre, pero no en las del mismo nivel del idioma que cursan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.5. Los alumnos oficiales de la modalidad presencial que se inscriban en las pruebas libres de certificación del mismo idioma que están cursando y que quieran continuar los estudios de aquel idioma en el centro, tendrán que solicitar plaza en el curso inmediatamente posterior al del certificado en el proceso de preinscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.6. Los alumnos oficiales de la modalidad presencial que se inscriban en las pruebas libres de certificación del mismo idioma que están cursando, que quieran continuar los estudios de aquel idioma en el centro, y que no hayan solicitado plaza en el curso inmediatamente posterior al del certificado en el proceso de preinscripción, o que no hayan obtenido plaza en el proceso de admisión, tendrán que participar en el proceso de adjudicación de las últimas vacantes en septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.7. En todos los casos, las pruebas se tienen que hacer de acuerdo con el calendario oficial establecido. En ningún caso se tiene que permitir hacer pruebas fuera de este calendario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.8. La imposibilidad de hacer la prueba o la concurrencia a las pruebas no dan derecho a la devolución de las tasas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.9. En las pruebas libres de certificación de los niveles básico A2, intermedio B1, intermedio B2, avanzado C1 y avanzado C2, se pueden inscribir todas las personas, independientemente de su nacionalidad o de su lengua materna, con estas excepciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En las pruebas libres de español sólo se pueden inscribir las personas que tengan la nacionalidad de un país donde el español no sea la lengua oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los profesores de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas que hayan participado en el proceso de elaboración, pilotaje o validación de las pruebas de un idioma no pueden presentarse a las pruebas de aquel mismo idioma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los profesores que prestan o presten servicios en una escuela oficial de idiomas no pueden matricularse ni examinarse en su centro del idioma que imparten o impartan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1. Para formalizar la inscripción, las personas interesadas tienen que presentar el original y una fotocopia del DNI o del NIE en vigor. Si tienen un NIE provisional, tienen que adjuntar una copia del pasaporte en vigor. En ningún caso se permite otro documento para acreditar la identidad. Esta documentación no se requiere a las personas que ya son o han sido alumnos oficiales del centro donde se matriculan (antiguos alumnos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2. Para poder considerar finalizado el proceso de inscripción, se tiene que haber aportado en el centro, dentro del plazo establecido, la documentación y la justificación del pago. No se tiene que aceptar ningún documento fuera de este plazo. Las personas que hagan el pago y/o presenten la documentación fuera de plazo no tienen derecho a la devolución de las tasas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3. Pago: Se tiene que acreditar el pago de la tasa correspondiente aportando al centro, en el momento de formalizar la inscripción, copia del formulario ”Modelo 046” en el que se ha de indicar nombre, apellidos, el concepto “inscripción prueba libre”, el idioma o idiomas y el nivel en el que se inscribe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas tasas, que se pueden abonar telemáticamente, están actualizadas en la web de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears (ATIB): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;https://www.atib.es/TA/Modelos/Tasas046.aspx&amp;nbsp;Las personas que deseen matricularse para realizar la prueba de certificación de cualquiera de los idiomas y niveles ofrecidos en las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de las Illes Balears han de pagar la cantidad de 46,12 EUR, correspondiente a la tasa de “derechos de examen de la prueba de certificación de un nivel” y que permite presentarse a las convocatorias de junio y septiembre del año en el que se paguen estos derechos. Además se tienen que abonar 11,53 EUR en concepto de “servicios generales”. En el caso de nuevos alumnos, que se matriculen por primera vez en la EOI, es necesario abonar también la tasa de “apertura de expediente”: 24,21 EUR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4. Exenciones i bonificaciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los miembros de familias numerosas y monoparentales tienen derecho a la exención o a la bonificación de la tasa que, de acuerdo con su categoría, les corresponda según las disposiciones vigentes, siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas en situación de paro están exentas de abonar las tasas educativas en las escuelas oficiales de idiomas, siempre que acrediten esta situación en el momento de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas que hayan sido víctimas de actos terroristas, así como el cónyuge y los hijos o hijas, tienen derecho a la exención total de tasas, siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la solicitud. Esta condición se tiene que&amp;nbsp; acreditar mediante la resolución administrativa correspondiente. En el caso del cónyuge y los hijos o hijas, también se ha de presentar el libro de familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas con una discapacidad igual al 33% o superior &amp;nbsp;están exentas del pago de la tasa, siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las víctimas de violencia de género, así como los hijos o hijas que dependen de las mismas, tienen derecho a la exención total de la tasa, siempre que acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la solicitud. Esta condición debe acreditarse mediante cualquiera de los documentos previstos por la normativa vigente. En el caso de los hijos o hijas dependientes, también debe presentarse el libro de familia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Están exentos de pagar la tasa las familias en situación de vulnerabilidad económica especial, los jóvenes tutelados y ex-tutelados en vías de emancipación, los jóvenes en acogimiento familiar y las personas sujetas a medidas privativas de libertad, siempre que acrediten documentalmente, en el momento de la inscripción, que se encuentran en alguna de estas situaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. Zonas de influencia de cada centro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1. Dado que en las Illes Balears hay diversas escuelas oficiales de idiomas y diversas extensiones en localidades diferentes de la sede central, hay que determinar las zonas de influencia de cada escuela con el fin de concretar donde se tienen que inscribir los alumnos para hacer las pruebas. La adscripción de los alumnos a cada una de las zonas de influencia se tiene que aplicar en los casos en que un mismo idioma y un mismo nivel se ofrezcan además de una escuela oficial de idiomas. Las zonas de influencia de cada centro figuran en el anexo 2 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2. La persona interesada se tiene que inscribir para hacer la prueba en el centro que le corresponde según el municipio donde vive, trabaja o estudia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.3. Si en el centro que le corresponde según el municipio balear donde vive, trabaja o estudia no convocan pruebas del idioma o de cuyo nivel se quiere examinar, se puede inscribir en otra escuela oficial de idiomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.4 En el caso de las pruebas de catalán en la isla de Mallorca, la inscripción se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;realizará únicamente en la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Palma, independientemente de la zona de influencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6. Fecha y lugar de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1. Las pruebas escritas de certificación de los niveles básico A2, intermedio B1, intermedio B2, avanzado C1 y avanzado C2 para alumnos de las modalidades libre, semipresencial, presencial, a distancia, alumnos del programa EOIES y alumnos del programa EOI-CEPA, tendrán lugar en las mismas fechas en todos los centros, tanto en la convocatoria ordinaria como en la extraordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2. Las fechas de las pruebas para el curso 2019-2020 son las que figuran en el anexo 3 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.3. Para poder presentarse a las pruebas, los alumnos se tienen que identificar con el DNI o el NIE original. Si tienen un NIE provisional, tienen que adjuntar una copia del pasaporte en vigor. En ningún caso se permite acreditar la identidad mediante otro documento. Si no se pueden identificar en el momento de acceder a la prueba, quedarán excluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;7. Contenido de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.1. Las pruebas tienen como referencia los objetivos las competencias, los contenidos y criterios de evaluación establecidos para cada nivel en el Decreto 34/2019, de 10 de mayo (BOIB núm. 66, de 16 de mayo), por el cual se establecen la ordenación, la organización y el currículo de los niveles básico, intermedio y avanzado de las enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial impartidos a las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8. Elaboración y descripción de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1. Las pruebas se tienen que elaborar de acuerdo con las prescripciones de la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros, recogidas en la Resolución de 3 de septiembre de 2019, por la cual se dictan las instrucciones para la elaboración de las pruebas de certificación unificadas y no unificadas para el alumnado oficial y libre de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de las Illes Balears para el curso 2019-20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2. Las pruebas de certificación de los niveles básico A2, intermedio B1, intermedio B2, avanzado C1 y avanzado C2 de los diferentes idiomas autorizados son pruebas unificadas para todas las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.3. Las pruebas constan de las siguientes actividades de lengua: comprensión de textos orales, comprensión de textos escritos, producción y coproducción de textos escritos, producción y coproducción de textos orales y mediación, según lo establecido en el anexo I del currículo básico regulado por el Real Decreto 1041/2017, de 22 de diciembre (BOE núm. 311, de 23 de diciembre). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.4. En el enlace http://www.caib.es/sites/eoibalears/ca/certificacions-82878/?campa=yes se podrán consultar modelos de pruebas y una descripción detallada del formato de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9. Calificaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. Para tener derecho a la obtención de la calificación global final, hay que presentarse a todas las partes de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.2. Para superar la prueba de competencia general que da derecho a los certificados de nivel correspondientes, es necesario obtener una puntuación mínima del 65% de la puntuación total de la prueba, y superar cada una de las cinco partes de que consta la prueba con un mínimo del 50%, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 4.4 del Real Decreto 1/2019 (BOE núm. 11 de 12 de enero), por el cual se establecen los principios básicos comunes de evaluación aplicables a las pruebas de certificación oficial de los niveles intermedio B1, intermedio B2, avanzado C1 y avanzado C2 de las enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la convocatoria extraordinaria de septiembre los candidatos están exentos de realizar las partes superadas con un 50% o más en la convocatoria de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante, se podrán presentar de nuevo a todas las partes de la prueba, si así lo desean. A efectos de certificación, para hacer la media aritmética de la nota global final, prevaldrá siempre la nota más alta obtenida de entre las dos convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se podrán volver a presentar a la convocatoria extraordinaria aquellos candidatos que en junio ya han obtenido un 65% global y, por lo tanto, tienen derecho al certificado de nivel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3. Los resultados de las pruebas se harán públicos en el lugar donde se lleven a cabo y en la fecha fijada, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos de carácter personal y, en todo caso, con lo establecido en la disposición adicional vigésimotercera de la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, y se indicará el procedimiento y el plazo para hacer reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;10. Administración de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;10.1. La dirección de cada centro tiene que velar para que el proceso de administración y corrección de las pruebas se desarrolle correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.2. Las pruebas de certificación de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas tienen que ser administradas por profesores de la escuela oficial de idiomas, y corregidas por los profesores de cada departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.3. En los centros que dispongan de más de un profesor del departamento del idioma que se evalúa se constituirán tribunales examinadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.4. En cualquier momento, los profesores responsables de administrar las pruebas pueden requerir a los alumnos a presentar los documentos identificativos (DNI o NIE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11. Adaptaciones de las pruebas para aquellas personas con dificultades específicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.1 Procedimiento: De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3.9 del Real decreto 1/2019, de 11 de enero (BOE núm. 11 de 12 de enero), por el que se establecen los principios básicos comunes de evaluación aplicables a las pruebas de certificación oficial de los niveles intermedio B1, intermedio B2, avanzado C1 y avanzado C2 de las enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial, los candidatos que necesiten condiciones especiales para la realización de las pruebas debido a algún tipo de discapacidad física o sensorial, tales como discapacidad visual, parcial o total, y algunos grados de discapacidad motriz y de hipoacusia, trastornos del habla, o discapacidades múltiples, deberán justificarlo en el momento de formalizar la matrícula mediante certificación oficial de su discapacidad y del grado de la misma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.2. Las solicitudes de adaptación de las pruebas de certificación se tendrán que presentar por escrito en la secretaría de la EOI correspondiente. La solicitud ha de ir acompañada de la justificación documental de la incidencia. No se admitirá ninguna solicitud que no aporte justificación documental. Se comunicará por escrito la resolución de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.3. El plazo para presentar la solicitud con la justificación documental acaba el 23 de marzo de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.4. En cualquier caso, de acuerdo lo establecido en el artículo 3.9 del mencionado Real Decreto 1/2019, de 11 de enero, los alumnos que necesiten condiciones especiales para la realización de la evaluación de certificación no serán dispensado de la realización de ninguna de las partes de las que conste la prueba, que será única para todo el alumnado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;12. Reclamaciones y recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.1. Los alumnos, o sus tutores o representantes legales, pueden solicitar per escrito la revisión de la calificación obtenida en una o varias partes de la prueba de certificación correspondiente. El plazo para presentar estas solicitudes, si las hubiera, es de tres días hábiles a contar desde la fecha de publicación de los resultados, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8.3 del Real Decreto 1/2019, d'11 de enero de 2019. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.2. Las pruebas o partes de las pruebas que sean objeto de la reclamación serán valoradas por parte del departamento sobre el cual se ha presentado la solicitud de revisión, con la finalidad de verificar que han sido evaluadas en su totalidad y con una correcta aplicación de los criterios de evaluación establecidos, y comprobar que no se han producido errores en el cálculo de las calificaciones de cada parte de la prueba o/y de la calificación global.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.3. Una vez finalizado el proceso de revisión, la dirección del centro, a propuesta del departamento del idioma sobre el cual se ha presentado la solicitud de revisión, deberá resolver y notificar la resolución a la persona interesada en un plazo máximo de tres días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de concluir el plazo para presentar reclamaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.4. Los reclamantes tienen derecho a ver las pruebas revisadas una vez haya finalizado en su totalidad el proceso de revisión, en el plazo de 10 días desde la notificación de la resolución de revisión para presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.5. Contra la resolución de la reclamación, la persona interesada puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Resolución de incidencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros llevará a cabo las actuaciones que estime oportunas con el fin de resolver las incidencias que puedan surgir en el proceso de inscripción y mientras se lleven a cabo las pruebas libres de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) EOI de Manacor: para los municipios del partido judicial de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) EOI de Palma. Se considera centro de influencia para:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en el partido judicial de Palma, excepto los municipios de Calvià y Andratx, y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de los idiomas y niveles convocados en el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en un municipio del partido judicial de Inca, Manacor o en los municipios de Calvià y Andratx, y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de los idiomas y niveles no convocados en la EOI de estas localidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) EOI de Calvià: zona de influencia para los municipios de Calvià y Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Menorca. Se establecen dos zonas de influencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) EOI de Maó. Se considera centro de influencia para:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en cualquier municipio de la isla diferente de Ciutadella y Ferreries y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de cualquiera de los idiomas y niveles que se convocan en la EOI de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en los municipios de Ciutadella y Ferreries, y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de los idiomas y niveles no convocados en la EOI de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) EOI de Ciutadella. Se considera centro de influencia para:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en los municipios de Ciutadella y Ferreries y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de cualquiera de los idiomas y niveles que se convocan en la EOI de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en cualquier municipio de la isla de Menorca y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de cualquiera de los idiomas y niveles no convocados en la EOI de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Eivissa y Formentera. Se establecen dos zonas de influencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Sede central de la EOI de Eivissa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Para las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en cualquier municipio de la isla de Eivissa y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de cualquiera de los idiomas y niveles que se convocan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Para las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en la isla de Formentera y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de cualquiera de los idiomas y niveles que no se convocan en la extensión de Formentera. En este caso tendrán la opción de hacer la inscripción en la extensión de la EOI de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Extensión de la EOI de Formentera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Para las personas que viven, trabajan o estudian en la isla de Formentera, y que quieran inscribirse para hacer las pruebas de cualquiera de los idiomas y niveles que se convocan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
