&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA DE NOMBRAMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Llorenç Gelabert i Crespí, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, a la vista de los siguientes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANTECEDENTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 21 de junio de 2018, la Junta de Gobierno Local acordó aprobar las bases y convocatoria para la estabilización del cuerpo de la Policía Local de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 12 de julio de 2018 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 86 de 12 de julio de 2018) la aprobación de las bases y convocatoria de estabilización de la policía local y se convocan las pruebas selectivas para la cobertura de 6 vacantes, para el ingreso en la escala de Administración especial, subescala servicios especiales, grupo C, subgrupo C1 de la categoría de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 7 de mayo de 2019 se aprueba la resolución definitiva del Tribunal con el resultado final del proceso selectivo, mediante la cual, se expone que los aspirantes disponen de un plazo de veinte días naturales desde la fecha de publicación para presentar los documentos que acrediten que cumplen con los requisitos que aún no se han acreditado y que exige la convocatoria en la base 2 del anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTO.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 4 de junio 2019 se publica la Resolución definitiva del Tribunal donde se acredita la documentación exigida en la base 8ª del anexo 1 por parte de los aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y se acuerda elevar esta resolución a la Alcaldía y los aspirantes ser nombrados como funcionarios en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTO.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 04/06/2019 se dictó Resolución de Alcaldía por la que se aprueba la relación definitiva de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo de la convocatoria de estabilización del cuerpo de la Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla y se llamó a los aspirantes como funcionarios en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEXTO.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Concluido el periodo de prácticas en fecha 01/07/2020 se da traslado a la Alcaldía de la remisión por parte del Tribunal calificador del proceso selectivo del acta de la sesión de fecha 01/07/2020 donde se eleva la propuesta para el nombramiento de los siguientes interesados como funcionarios de carrera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SÉPTIMO.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicado en el BOIB de fecha 11 de enero de 2020 el anuncio relativo a los resultados definitivos del proceso selectivo y verificado que los aspirantes han presentado la documentación necesaria exigida al proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A los anteriores antecedentes le son de aplicación los siguientes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las bases y convocatoria de estabilización de la policía local (BOIB núm. 86 de 12 de julio de 2018) y demás normativa para remisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local;&amp;nbsp;el artículo 136 del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril;&amp;nbsp;y el artículo 7 del Real Decreto 896/1991, de 7 de junio, por el que se establecen las reglas básicas y los programas mínimos a que debe ajustarse el procedimiento de selección de los funcionarios de la Administración Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

INSTITUCIONAL / 1.7.&amp;nbsp;PERSONAL / 1.7.2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
