    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 20.4 del Decreto 86/2008, de 1 de agosto, por el que se desarrollan y se regulan los procesos electorales de las federaciones deportivas de las Illes Balears, el 19 de noviembre de 2016 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears la ratificación del Presidente y la composición de la Junta Directiva de la Federació de Bàsquet de les Illes Balears una vez finalizado el proceso electoral correspondiente al período 2016-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El 2 de mayo de 2017 y el 29 de diciembre de 2018 también se publican en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears las modificaciones de la composición de la Junta Directiva de la Federació de Bàsquet de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El 30 de octubre de 2019 y el 16 de enero de 2020, se comunica a la Dirección General de Deportes la dimisión de doña María del Pilar Bonet Escalera, como Tesorera de la federación, así como la designación - por parte del Presidente – de doña Francisca Salom Pons, como nueva Tesorera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Asamblea General de la Federació de Bàsquet de les Illes Balears adoptó en la sesión extraordinaria de 3 de julio de 2016, entre otros acuerdos y a los efectos de llevar a cabo el proceso electoral correspondiente al período 2016-2020, que la Junta Directiva sería nombrada por el Presidente. Dicho acuerdo fue ratificado mediante Resolución del Director General de Deportes de 27 de julio de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Por tanto, se hace pública nuevamente la composición de la Junta Directiva de la Federació de Bàsquet de les Illes Balears, que es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Juan José Talens Llinás, Presidente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
