    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por la Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión ordinaria de día 12 de diciembre de 2019 se adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"1.- DEJAR sin efecto el acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno de fecha 28/12/2018, de inicio de expediente de expropiación por el procedimiento de tasación individual de los terrenos pendientes, una vez elaborado y ejecutado el proyecto del nuevo vial público de prolongación de la calle Bisbe Morro, que comprenden el espacio libre público y/o zona verde núm. 16 y la apertura y/o prolongación de la calle Bisbe Morro, clasificados como suelo urbano y calificados como sistema local viario en el vigente PGOU de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- INICIAR de nuevo expediente de expropiación forzosa por el procedimiento de tasación individual, a favor del AYUNTAMIENTO DE INCA, de los terrenos pendientes del nuevo vial público de prolongación de la calle Bisbe Morro, que comprenden el espacio libre público y/o zona verde núm. 16 y la apertura y/o prolongación de la calle Bisbe Morro, clasificados como suelo urbano y calificados como sistema local viario en el vigente PGOU de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- DECLARAR la necesaria ocupación y APROBAR inicialmente la siguiente relación de propietarios y descripción de bienes y derechos afectados, según el consta en el Registro de la Propiedad núm. 1 de Inca y catastro municipal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4.- AUTORIZAR el gasto de 81.437,72 € en concepto del valor de expropiación, todo ello sin perjuicio del expediente de justriprecio correspondiente a tramitar que pueda resultar, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.- SOMETER a información pública la relación de propietarios y la descripción de bienes y de derechos, por un plazo de veinte días hábiles, mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a un diario de mayor circulación, así como el punto de acceso electrónico del Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 360.3 del Reglamento general de la Lous y el artículo 18 de la LEF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.- NOTIFICAR a los propietarios afectados y los titulares de cargas el presente acuerdo concediendo un plazo de audiencia para veinte días hábiles, conforme lo dispuesto en el artículo 360.3 del Reglamento General de la Lous y el artículo 18 de la LEF." &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
