&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de mayo de 2018 (BOIB nº. 67, de 31 de mayo), modificada por la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 29 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 81, de 30 de junio), y con convocatoria específica por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 20 de julio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 101, de 16 de agosto) se convocó un concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de obstetricia y ginecología del Sector Sanitario de Migjorn del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La base 4.1 de dicha convocatoria establece que, una vez vencido el plazo para presentar solicitudes, el director general del Servicio de Salud dictará una resolución para aprobar las listas provisionales de admitidos y de excluidos del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Aprobar las listas provisionales de admitidos y excluidos del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de facultativo/facultativa &amp;nbsp;especialista de área de obstetricia y ginecología del Sector Sanitario de Migjorn del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares convocado por la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de mayo de 2018 a que se refiere el punto 1 del apartado “Hechos”. En la lista provisional de admitidos figuran su nombre, apellidos y número del documento de identidad, y en la lista provisional de excluidos figura también la causa de su exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Advertir que, con la finalidad de evitar errores y, si se producen, hacer posible que se corrijan en tiempo y forma, cada aspirante debe comprobar no solo que no figura en la lista de excluidos sino que, además, figura en la de admitidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Establecer un plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta resolución para presentar reclamaciones —que no tendrán carácter de recurso administrativo— o para subsanar —si procede— el defecto o la causa que haya motivado la exclusión. Las reclamaciones que se presenten deben entenderse rechazadas si quien la haya presentado no aparece como admitido en la resolución con que se publiquen las listas definitivas. Quien no subsane los defectos en el plazo establecido será excluido del proceso selectivo. Asimismo, quien haya detectado errores en la consignación de sus datos personales puede manifestarlo en ese mismo plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Establecer que quien figure en la lista provisional de excluidos para el turno de promoción interna —independientemente de su derecho a subsanar defectos o a presentar reclamaciones contra la exclusión— puede pagar la tasa del turno de acceso libre dentro del plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde la fecha de publicación de esta resolución. Si finalmente es incluido en las listas definitivas de admitidos en el turno de promoción interna, tendrá derecho a solicitar que se le devuelva la tasa del turno de acceso libre, de acuerdo con la base 4.7 de la convocatoria. Si ha sido excluido de la lista definitiva del turno de promoción interna, será incluido de oficio en la lista definitiva de admitidos por el turno de acceso libre siempre que cumpla el resto de requisitos, y podrá solicitar que se le devuelva la tasa del turno de promoción interna, de acuerdo con la base 4.7 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Quien figure como excluido de la reserva para personas con discapacidad&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—independientemente de su derecho a subsanar defectos o a presentar reclamaciones contra la exclusión— puede pagar la tasa del turno correspondiente dentro del plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde la fecha de publicación de esta resolución. Si finalmente es incluido en la lista definitiva de admitidos en la reserva para personas con discapacidad, tendrá derecho a solicitar que se le devuelva la tasa abonada, de acuerdo con la base 4.7 de la convocatoria. Si ha sido excluido de la reserva para personas con discapacidad, será incluido de oficio en la lista definitiva de admitidos del turno correspondiente siempre que cumpla el resto de requisitos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Determinar que el ejercicio de la fase de oposición se llevará a cabo el día 8 de marzo de 2020, a las 10.00 horas, en el Hospital Universitario Son Espases. Carretera de Valldemossa, 79, 07020, Palma de Mallorca (Islas Baleares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares,&lt;/em&gt; en el web &amp;lt;www.ibsalut es&amp;gt; y en el tablón de anuncios de los Servicios Centrales del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
