400 CAIB CAIB es es 676 2020-01-11 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Mediante acuerdo del Ayuntamiento Pleno, adoptado en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 19 de diciembre de 2019, se ha aprobado la modificación de los artículos 3, 8 y 10 del acuerdo de carrera profesional horizontal de los empleados públicos del Ayuntamiento de Pollença, aprobado por el Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión de 29 de agosto de 2018, y publicado en el BOIB núm. 109, de 4 de septiembre de 2019; a continuación se transcriben los artículos objeto de modificación:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong><em>Artículo</em></strong><em> <strong>3.1- Personal que deberá percibir la carrera profesional. </strong></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><em>Los empleados públicos del Ayuntamiento de Pollença y de sus organismos autónomos que tienen derecho a percibir la carrera profesional horizontal son: </em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong><em>a) </em></strong><em>Funcionarios de carrera y personal laboral fijo. </em></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
