&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 16 de julio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 89, de 19 de julio de 2018) y corrección de errores de 9 de agosto de 2018&amp;nbsp; (BOIB núm. 101, de 16 de agosto de 2018) se convocó un concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes &lt;em&gt;de diversas categorías de personal estatutario del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, entre ellas la categoría de Facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de medicina física y rehabilitación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;dependientes&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ha vencido el plazo para presentar solicitudes, por lo que, de conformidad con la base 5.1 de la convocatoria, «la autoridad convocante dictará una resolución para aprobar las listas provisionales de aspirantes admitidos y de aspirantes excluidos del concurso de traslados».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por ello dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobar las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas del concurso de traslados en cuestión, que figuran en el anexo de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Recordar que, de conformidad con la base 5.2 de la convocatoria, las personas aspirantes excluidas y las que no figuren ni en la lista provisional de admitidas ni en la de excluidas tienen un plazo de quince días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación para formular reclamaciones —que no tendrán carácter de recurso— o para subsanar los defectos apreciados, y advertir que no se considerará como subsanación el hecho de aportar nuevos certificados de servicios prestados que no se hayan aportado en el plazo para presentar solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Determinar que las reclamaciones deben considerarse rechazadas si las personas interesadas no aparecen como admitidas en la resolución con la que se publiquen las listas definitivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y en el web del Servicio de Salud (&lt;em&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
