&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El día 17 de diciembre de 2019 se publicó en el BOIB. núm.º 169&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; la resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 12 de diciembre de 2019, por la cual se aprueban las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas del concurso de traslados voluntarios para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de la categoría &lt;em&gt;facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de anatomía patológica&lt;/em&gt; dependientes del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error&amp;nbsp; en el anexo de la mencionada resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, establece que “las Administraciones públicas podrán, así mismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Rectificar los errores observados en el anexo de la resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 12 de diciembre de 2019 por la cual se aprueban las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas del concurso de traslados voluntarios para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de la categoría &lt;em&gt;facultativo/facultativa especialista de área de anatomía patológica&lt;/em&gt; dependientes del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares , de la manera que se indica en el anexo adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
