    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales, se hace público el siguiente Decreto de Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DECRETO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ausentándome desde el día 2 de diciembre de 2019, se hará cargo de la Alcaldía la Primera Teniente de Alcalde, Sra. Elena López Boned, quedándole delegadas todas las atribuciones de la Alcaldía, conforme establecen los Arts. 44 y 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales, aprobado por RD. 2568/86, de 28 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde, Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
