MARIA ADELAIDA GARCIA GARCIA, Letrada de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social n.º 2 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, &lt;strong&gt;HAGO SABER&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que en el &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 752/2018&lt;/strong&gt; de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a &lt;strong&gt;instancia de Dª. MARTA MAGDALENA ORDIALES contra DIVENIRE CB, MARCO DI BELLA, MARIO MATRONE&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;en materia de RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD,&lt;/strong&gt; se ha dictado por S.Sª &lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA N.º 426/2019 de fecha 09/12/2019 &lt;/strong&gt;cuyo &lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt; se relaciona:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que ESTIMANDO la demanda formulada a instancias de Dª. MARTA MAGDALENA ORDIALES, asistida jurídicamente por el Letrado D. David Castro Rabadán, contra DIVENIRE C.B., D. MARCO DI BELLA y D. MARIO MATRONE, debo condenar y condeno solidariamente a DIVENIRE C.B., D. MARCO DI BELLA y D. MARIO MATRONE a abonar a Dª. MARTA MAGDALENA ORDIALES la cantidad de 907,92 euros, más 272,37 euros en concepto de recargo previsto en el Convenio de Hostelería de la CAIB. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;: Se advierte a las partes que contra la presente resolución no cabe interponer recurso alguno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Y para que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;sirva de NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DIVENIRE CB, MARCO DI BELLA y MARIO MATRONE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;en ignorado paradero,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; advierte a los destinatarios que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La difusión del texto de esta resolución a partes no interesadas en el proceso en el que ha sido dictada sólo podrá llevarse a cabo previa disociación de los datos de carácter personal que los mismos contuvieran y con pleno respeto al derecho a la intimidad, a los derechos de las personas que requieran un especial deber de tutelar o a la garantía del anonimato de las víctimas o perjudicados, cuando proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
