    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;JAUME ALZAMORA RIERA, Presidente del Consorcio, en virtud de las atribuciones que tengo conferidas de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 12 y 13 de los Estatutos del Consorcio publicado en el BOIB nº 94 de 31 de julio de 2018,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el que se prevé en el artículo 14 de la Ley 7/2007, de 12 de abril, del estatuto básico del empleado público, el personal al servicio de las entidades locales tiene, entre otros, el derecho a la formación continua y la actualización permanente de los conocimientos y las capacidades profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Según el artículo 4 de los estatutos del Consorci de Tecnologies de la Informació i de les Comunicacions de Mallorca, constituye uno de los objetos del Consorcio llevar a cabo acciones formativas en materia informática y telemática dirigidas al personal de los entes consorciados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Desde la creación del Consorcio en 1992, la formación se ha considerado un instrumento fundamental para facilitar el éxito de las políticas municipales de cambio y modernización y, por esta razón, constituye un objetivo prioritario ofrecer a los trabajadores la formación para que puedan adquirir las competencias necesarias y adecuadas para mejorar de manera continúa la calidad del servicio que se ofrece a la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo esto, &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria del Plan de Formación programado por el departamento de Formación del Consorci de Tecnologies de la Informació i de les Comunicacions de Mallorca para el primer semestre del año 2020. Se adjuntan como anexo las instrucciones que deben de regir las actividades formativas programadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Publicar la oferta formativa con indicación del calendario, los lugares de realización de los cursos y, en general, toda la información en el Portal de Gestión de Formación de TIC Mallorca (&lt;/span&gt;http://formacio.ticmallorca.net/&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Presidente del Consorci TIC Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 1. Personas destinatarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas destinatarias de las actividades formativas del Plan de Formación de TIC Mallorca son el personal empleado público de los entes consorciados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El personal citado en el punto anterior tiene derecho a participar en las actividades formativas de TIC Mallorca en los términos y en las condiciones que se determinen en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 2. Número máximo de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas interesadas sólo pueden solicitar la inscripción a tres cursos de este semestre. Esta limitación queda exceptuada en los cursos abiertos con un nuevo plazo de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 3. Modalidades de inscripción a los cursos y&amp;nbsp; presentación de documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los empleados públicos de los entes consorciados pueden tramitar sus solicitudes mediante el siguiente procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1 &lt;em&gt;Registrarse&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La persona interesada en inscribirse a los cursos, si todavía no está registrada,&amp;nbsp; tendrá que solicitar previamente el alta como usuaria del servicio de Formación de TIC Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las inscripciones a los cursos deben realizarse desde el Portal de Gestión de Formación de TIC Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para tal efecto, hay disponible en la página web de TIC Mallorca (&lt;/span&gt;www.ticmallorca.net&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;), un enlace al nou Portal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se puede acceder al formulario de solicitud de alta haciendo clic sobre “&lt;em&gt;Registra't&lt;/em&gt;”, en el extremo superior derecho del Portal, así como a las instrucciones que deben seguirse para enviarlo a la sección de Formación de TIC Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuando la persona solicitante haya sido dada de alta, recibirá un mensaje con su nombre de usuario y una contraseña provisional para acceder por primera vez al Portal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.2 &lt;em&gt;Inscripción a los cursos desde el nuevo Portal de Gestión de Formación&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La inscripción a los cursos debe realizarse accediendo a la página web &lt;/span&gt;www.ticmallorca.net&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. A continuación, se tiene que seleccionar el enlace “Portal de Formació”. En la ventana siguiente se tiene que hacer clic sobre el enlace “Accés al Portal de formació”. Otra manera de acceder al Portal es introduciendo directamente la URL en el navegador (formacio.ticmallorca.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para consultar la oferta formativa del primer semestre de 2020 hay que hacer clic sobre “Programació gener-juny 2020”. Se mostrarán los cursos programados y, haciendo clic sobre el título de cada curso, aparecerán las ediciones programadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para inscribirse a una edición hay que hacer clic sobre la etiqueta “Inscriu-te”. Se solicitará el número de DNI (con la letra) y la contraseña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuando se acceda por primera vez al Portal, y para poder obtener una contraseña, se tiene que hacer clic en la pestaña “Reinicialitzeu la vostra contrasenya”. El sistema solicitará a continuación la dirección de correo electrónico del usuario. Si éste ya era usuario de la anterior plataforma de inscripción, tendrá que introducir la misma dirección que tenía cuando fue dado de alta en ella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si la dirección de correo electrónico no es la misma que consta en la base de datos de la sección de Formación, el usuario deberá ponerse en contacto telefónico (971 17 38 06 / 971 00 75 12) con la sección para proporcionar una dirección válida y actualizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuando la dirección de correo registrada sea la correcta, el usuario recibirá un mensaje automático con un enlace que le permitirá acceder al Portal e introducir una contraseña y actualizar sus datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A partir de ese momento, el usuario ya podrá inscribirse a los cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 4. &amp;nbsp;Plazo de inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de inscripción a los cursos correspondientes al primer semestre del Plan de Formación de 2020 es de día 7 a día 20 de enero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 5. Material didáctico de los cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El material didáctico de los cursos se publicará en el nuevo Portal de Gestión de Formación, accesible desde el menú “Material didàctic”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El material didáctico no se enviará por correo electrónico en ningún caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 6. Selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.1 Sólo se admitirán las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la correspondiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.2 Si el número de solicitudes de un determinado curso supera el número de plazas previsto, la sección de Formación realizará la selección correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los criterios de preferencia en la selección son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1º. Distribución de las plazas de la siguiente manera: un 65% de las plazas corresponderá al personal de los entes consorciados y el 35% restante al personal del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2º. Se dará preferencia a las personas aspirantes que hayan quedado en la lista de espera del semestre anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3º. La fecha de presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.3 En caso de igualdad de condiciones en todos los apartados anteriores, las personas que acrediten en el momento de la presentación de solicitudes que se han incorporado durante el año anterior al servicio activo después de un permiso de maternidad o paternidad, o que han reingresado después de una excedencia por razones de guarda legal y atención a personas dependientes o con discapacidad, tendrán preferencia durante un año en la participación en actividades formativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 7.&amp;nbsp; Consulta sobre las solicitudes de los cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas que soliciten cursos podrán comprobar si han sido admitidas o si han quedado en la lista de espera accediendo al Portal de Gestión de la Formación con su DNI y su contraseña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La sección de Formación recordará el inicio de cada curso a las personas admitidas y también les solicitará la confirmación de su asistencia a éstos mediante un mensaje de correo electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas admitidas tendrán que enviar el formulario de comunicación de asistencia al curso firmado por su superior (formulario disponible en el Portal, en el menú “Secretaria virtual”, opción “Formularis”). El formulario se puede enviar por correo electrónico a la dirección formacio@ticmallorca.net o por fax (971 75 08 54).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 8. Anulación y modificación de los cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El departamento de Formación puede suprimir cursos, organizar otros no programados con anterioridad, efectuar varias ediciones siempre que las circunstancias lo aconsejen y, por último,&amp;nbsp; modificar, si es pertinente, los contenidos, la duración, las fechas y los programas anunciados de conformidad con las necesidades que puedan surgir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Corresponde a la sección de Formación de TIC Mallorca, y una vez consultado el Servicio jurídico de TIC Mallorca, resolver las dudas, las confusiones o las incidencias que puedan surgir sobre la aplicación de estas instrucciones, o sobre los casos concretos que no se&amp;nbsp; prevean o que surjan de manera excepcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 9. Lista de espera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si el número de solicitantes es superior al número de plazas se establecerá una lista de espera para cubrir las bajas o las renuncias que se produzcan. La sección de Formación actualizará permanentemente y de manera interna la lista de espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 10. Obligación de confirmación de asistencia y comunicación de baja. Penalización&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con la admisión a un curso se contrae la obligación de asistir al curso. Si no se puede asistir se debe comunicar a la sección de Formación, por correo electrónico o por teléfono, como mínimo cinco días hábiles antes de empezar el curso. El hecho de no comunicar una baja puede ser causa de exclusión, durante el próximo semestre, de los cursos que organice la sección de Formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las ausencias superiores al 20% suponen la pérdida del derecho a obtener el certificado de asistencia y el certificado de aprovechamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas en situación de incapacidad temporal –excepto las de licencias por maternidad o paternidad, excedencia por maternidad o paternidad, o por cuidado de familiares- no pueden asistir a las actividades formativas. Esta circunstancia se tendrá que comunicar por escrito, para que, en su caso, se proceda a cubrir la plaza vacante con otra persona, evitando así la penalización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 11. Tipos de certificados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La única forma de demostrar la asistencia a un curso es mediante la firma. Por tanto, los alumnos se tienen que asegurar de que han firmado la hoja de control de entrada y de salida de cada una de las sesiones del curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La falsificación de la firma supone la pérdida del derecho a certificado y la exclusión de los cursos organizados por TIC Mallorca durante un año. En cualquier caso, la firma tiene que coincidir con la del DNI o con la de la solicitud de inscripción. La penalización se hará extensible a la persona autora de la falsificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.1 &lt;em&gt;Certificado de asistencia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los alumnos asistentes al 100 % de las horas de cursos o jornadas inferiores a 10 horas tendrán derecho a un certificado de asistencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;También obtendrán el certificado de asistencia las personas que habiendo asistido al 100 % de un curso de 10 horas o más no hayan superado la prueba de evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.2 &lt;em&gt;Certificado de aprovechamiento&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para poder obtener el certificado de aprovechamiento de las actividades formativas presenciales que se realicen en horario laboral, es obligatoria la asistencia al 100 % de las horas y la superación de la evaluación correspondiente. No obstante, se pueden dar hasta un 20% máximo de ausencias si están debidamente justificadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los casos de renuncia justificada permitidos son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Baja por enfermedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Enfermedad de hijos menores de 12 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Ausencia motivada por necesidades del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cumplimiento de un deber inexcusable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Accidente o enfermedad grave, hospitalización o defunción de un familiar hasta el segundo grado de consaguinidad o afinidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los conocimientos se evaluarán mediante pruebas con el uso del ordenador o mediante otras modalidades de evaluación relacionadas con el contenido de las acciones formativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Punto 12. Comunicación del derecho al certificado de asistencia o al de aprovechamiento. Reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas participantes podrán consultar si tienen derecho al certificado de asistencia o al de aprovechamiento en el plazo de una semana desde la finalización del curso accediendo al Portal con su DNI y su contraseña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TIC Mallorca no enviará los certificados. Se podrán recoger en el plazo de quince días desde la finalización del curso en la sede de TIC Mallorca (c/ Gral. Riera, 113 Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de que una persona no pueda recoger personalmente su certificado, lo podrá recoger otra persona autorizada mediante un escrito firmado por la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
