Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en el informe adjunto consistente en la introducción de requisitos en el puesto F50080252 de bombero/a&nbsp; conductor/a consistentes en el carnet de conducir C y el curso de 60 horas de conducción de vehículos del SCIS impartido por la EMF o la EBAP.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">2. Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">3. Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
